I had a great experience with Dr. Bukholts and her entire team. Everyone is very knowledgeable and polite. All questions are always answered. I had an open bite and a muscle spasms. And after 1 year and 3 month of wearing Invisaligns I am in love with my new smile. I also have clear pronunciation of several sounds that I didn’t have before. Like ‘sh’ and ‘c’. Thank you Dr.Bukholts and a crew for improving the quality of my life through your service!

I saw Dr. Bukholts to solicit her opinion regarding an issue I had with my new retainer that I obtained at a different practice. Despite the fact that she wasn’t my orthodontist during my alignment treatment, she graciously agreed to listen to my concerns, examine my teeth, and flesh out my options to fix the problem. She even adjusted my retainer for me. On top of all that, she wouldn’t even charge me for the visit. During our discussion, Dr. Bukholts exhibited great expertise and care, which made me realize she’s the kind of perfectionist and emphatic professional everyone with orthodontic needs in NYC should know about. I highly recommend her.

A review that's long overdue!I came across Perfect Smiles on google maps while dancing around the idea of getting Invisalign again (I know I'm that patient). I had no insurance then so I was consulting with a few places, and at my consultation here I felt the most comfortable. Paula who worked the front desk was very friendly and inviting, the rest of the staff were courteous and proactive, then of course Dr. Olga Bukholts was very professional and personable.She provided a clear picture and plan of what my process would be, with genuine care and no judgement of me getting Invisaligns again. On top of that, the price was in my budget. There's flexibility on paying and a few payment options they accept, which was a plus for me. They checked all my boxes and I agreed to proceed right then and there.I still see them from time to time for check up which I greatly appreciate, and they have been great answering any questions/concerns I have had. I'm so happy with my decision and thankful for everyone at this establishment! :)

Like many, I am very hesitant with any kind of dental or orthodontic work.. until now.Dr. Olga, Paula and crew are amazing. Professional, kind and very attentive to all concerns or hesitations.I truly feel my service is specifically catered to me and response time to any out or office concerns that may come up are answered immediately.Bravo, love this office and my Invisalign experience thus far!

I’ve been coming here for about nine months now and I have to say my experience has been fantastic. I never wait more than 5 minutes, the staff is nice and friendly and always follows up, and the doctor is professional and honest. I’ve never been to an orthodontist who I actually enjoy going to, so this was a great find! Plus my teeth are looking fantastic!

Dr. Bukholts and her team were super kind, welcoming, and informative when I went into for my Invisalign screening. And in light of covid, they are taking every measure possible to ensure a safe and sanitary office for themselves and their patients. I look forward to starting my treatment in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Dr. Olga Bukholts, I had no bite tooth she came up with a solution to move my back tooth over enough to be able to place a bridge so I would now have a bite tooth. Dr.Olga was so patient with me cause I was not a fan of dentist she made me feel so comfortable & determined to continue going back & continue with her plan with straighten my teeth. The staff are so polite & helpful, Paula has solved insurance issues of mine & has always made appointments to fit my needs. I was treated over a year & so happy with my results :)

Dr. Bukholtz is a brilliant and amazing orthodontist who takes great care of her patients. Her easy style and bedside manner put my daughter at ease immediately. She explains everything to the patient and the patient's family so that everyone understands the course of treatment and what to expect. She is attentive to the needs of her patients and her work is flawless. We are lucky to have her as our doctor.

Updated: After having my braces removed for several years, I had made an appointment to have a mold done for a replacement retainer. Dr. Bukholts and her staff were courteous and treated me well. The Reception desk listened to my concerns. The assistant that had taken my mold took great care of me as well, looking forward to my new retainer. I included two photos of my retainers. The left photo shows the updated retainer that feels a lot better than the previous version (on the right). The retainer feels more natural and comfortable. Glad I made this appointment!
