I was a new patient at Dr. Kaufman's and I must say, I am very pleased with my first visit. I am terrified of the dentist (yes, I'm a big baby) but Dr. Kaufman made me feel at ease during my visit. She explained everything she was doing and kept asking me if I was ok. Gave me a few tips to relieve my anxiety with the machines (I hate hearing the noise). Love how close it is to my job. Will definitely keep coming back and will definitely recommend to others. Everyone in the office was extremely pleasant as well.

Worst dentist my husband and I have ever experienced. They ended up pushing 3 fillings that were confirmed by 2 other dentists as unnecessary which ended up causing so much discomfort afterward. They also fixed my permanent retainer, but it broke from just chewing a gum a month after. Their routine check up consisted of the dentist just looking at the digital records and never looking into the mouth of the patient which for us was shocking. Beware of the quality of service at this dentist. Definitely not recommended.

I love PresiDental. They will consistently follow up with you regarding appointments in multiple ways. I love that it’s a Latinx ran practice. Everyone is always extremely kind. There is never a long wait time. I’ve seen the same hygienist Tatiana for majority of my visits and she is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend them for your dentalneeds.

Best experience at a dentist!! I had a root canal and then my crown here. And I am so satisfied with the process and even more with the result. The staff amazing, very warm. Dr. Figueroa a sweetheart explained everything to me and what would work best for my case, everything went smooth and pain free. Couldn’t be more thankful did choose Presidental Care.

Excellent Dental office. Very professional. Very polite. Very clean. And I never have to wait. They don't double or triple book like some dental offices continue to do. I had sensitive teeth for more than 10 years with my old dentist who was overpriced but I paid it because someone recommended him to me as being the best. Started going to this dental office for about 4 years now and sensitivity is gone. Dr. Figuora (probably misspelled her name) changed my old fillings and now NO SENSITIVITY!!!. AMAZING!!! Also what I love about this place is the price is very reasonable and inexpensive.

Dr Figueroa is an angel. I have a very bad history with my mouth. A lot has happened in there and the fear I have to come to the dentist is next level. But I have to start somewhere. She never once judged me. Her staff is so lovely and very compassionate and comforting. She has such a soft touch. I didn’t feel a thing. I’m glad I took the initiative to finally take the first step.

Went for first time for a root canal with Dr Inagaki. Great experience. The front desk admin is nice, patient, and will let you know costs upfront. Dr Inagaki was knowledgeable and explained everything. Best of all, I felt no pain. Went back for a crown with Dr Figueroa, and she was wonderful. She suggested I could do just a core and may not need a crown, which is much more cost friendly. She is super experienced and doesn’t try to give unnecessary treatments. Staff is also very nice. Waiting area has coffee and water. Would recommend this office to anyone.

This is by far the best dentist office in the city. The people there are super nice, very easy on the eyes, and I haven't had one problem with the service. I've already brought in my ex wife for care and am planning on bringing by daughter in for a cleaning soon. You would all do better if you stopped in and gave this office a try. Conveniently located on 7th Ave.

I have been a patient of PresiDental care for about 8 years, and I would not change this amazing team of professionals for any others! Not only they always found the best option for my concerns, but they are also the kindest, and super conscious of costs, and always transparent as water in everything. I did Invisalign, several treatments, and 3 cleanings a year. Jessica and team are the best!
