Can't believe I haven't yet left a review for Smile Arts! Dr. Mann and his team have looked after my teeth for so many years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. Scheduling check ups is easy, every professional I've met here is friendly and attentive, and it feels like they genuinely care for their patients. I've been to shady practices before where they try to nickel and dime you for everything or recommend unnecessary procedures - Smile Arts is nothing like that and if anything they find creative ways to support your dental health within your budget. LOVE this team and cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a patient at smile arts since 2015 and now travel to the office as I would not want to see another dentist. Dr Chen is a wonderful dentist- she is warm, straightforward, and does not try to sell you on any extra or unnecessary products/services. The office is immaculate and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for your dental needs!

Very competent and warm provider! She took time to explain any and all concerns in detailed manner and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend and no wait time! Excellent experience from office staff to assistants to dental care and throughout each step was carefully communicated to me which made for a seamless process! Providing skilled care is all in the details! Thank you for taking time to pay attention to every details.

Doctor Zhi and her assistant Karen did an excellent job. Dr.Zhi was professional and patient. She checked my dental condition thoroughly and answered all my questions very well. She performed a thorough cleaning without hurting my gums at all. She made me a retainer that fits my teeth conformably. In addition, the office environment is nice, friendly and clean. Everything well done!

I am so glad I found this dentist! I've been avoiding the dentist for years, something about it just makes me anxious. Recently had bad pain that turned out to be an impacted wisdom tooth making a hole in my molar. This was the closest place near my job that had a same day appointment.I was lucky to stumble upon such a great place! Everyone here is super nice. Really help put me at ease (as much as possible, freaking out while having teeth ripped out of your face lol) with their calm demeanor. It was almost soothing.I am actually impressed with how quickly and painlessly they did the procedure. Dr. Mann took extra care to make sure I wasn't feeling any pain, whereas in the past (or some relatives experiences) the dentist just rushes ahead til you complain. Bleeding stopped by the time I got home, no pain and not much swelling one day after multiple extractions.I liked that the hygienist explained things as he was doing it. Your x-rays go right on the screen in the room to look at.Easy to make an appointment. Didn't have to wait. Office is clean and modern. Price for extraction was only slightly higher than in my quiet Queens neighborhood.Overall very happy and will be back regularly!

I love Dr. Chen . I am terrified of dentist office and to be honest I dread going to get check up because of this unfortunately 2 years ago I had a bad tooth ache and I found Dr Chen via Zoc Doc and it was God sent. This office always treats you with respect , never pressure you to do something or buy somethings like my old dentist. Aliya which is the hygienist is amazing . She is shows cares pays attention explain thing in details . It’s been now over 2 years I can say confidently I am keeping up with my 8 months visits. I recommend this office and Dr. Chen to anyone that is looking for a dentist to take care of your dental needs without looking at how much can they make from you. I already recommended my whole office to Dr. Chen and they love her as well.

I went for a routine cleaning and ended up needing a deep cleaning too. The dentist was very thorough in explaining to me why I needed it, and how each step would work. My insurance covered and it was an easy process to work with the office on scheduling. On the day of the procedure I was very nervous, the dentist and the staff all went out of their way to make me comfortable and have a positive experience. I really appreciated the extra time they took.Great experience all around!
