Surprisingly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend. The staff was incredible. They accomodated me so well! The only time I felt judged / misheard was when one of the hygenists did my cleaning. I felt like she lacked empathy and instead of listening just kept assuming things about me, at that point I wanted to leave. Luckily I spoke with Dr.Noor and he was a breath of fresh air, probably the kindest man I know. I felt safe and reassured and listened. Addressed all my questions and concerns. Overall happy with my experience. The receptionist who did my whitening was wonderful as well. ( I forget names) 💘

The service at Smile Cafe Dental Spa is always warm welcoming, professional, and very efficient. Whenever I've had a question or concern, be sure an answer and/or solution is provided. A little pricey on the invisalign package compared to other offices. It wasn't what I expected. I think that's due to the location. Then again, as they say, you get what you pay for. So, I really can't complain. I'm much happier with my smile now than in the past. If your looking for a great dental office then I would recommend Smile Cafe Dental Spa.

Thank you very much to the Smile Cafe Dental Spa clinic and personally to Dr. Daniel and the charming manager Milena.The all staff is very friendly, they greet me on time, without delays, took all pictures, carried out diagnostics and cleaning, and prescribed a further treatment plan.I am pleased with my visit and look forward to starting treatment.

Very awesome dentist he took my fears away and with kind words and knowledge made me feel confident again my procedure hasn't started but im looking forward to get my life started again the receptionist was very kind and genuinely friendly the helped me a-lot and made me feel better i was crying and stressed because of my X-rays but im trustworthy of Dr. Noor and his team and looking forward into fixing my smile and stress free life i would highly recommend dental spa cafe Dr.Noor and the whole entire team may god bless them always

Wonderful facility. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians, hygienists, and doctors was courteous, helpful (explained billing, treatment plans, and next steps in detail), and professional. Dr. Noor explained the mechanics of human jaws and teeth - how stress and misalignment may cause headaches, grinding of our teeth, and other issues. Dr. Kim discussed x-ray images of teeth in a simple yet respectful way. Astrid was kind and approachable in setting up the next steps and appointments. I'm pleased to establish new dental care at this office.

While I've had good experiences in the past, I can't say that my recent trip was. Apparently, the dental hygienist left and I was not able to get a routine teeth cleaning. Another doctor examined me and did not want to do the routine cleaning because he said I should have a deep cleaning. Then i was asked to come back another day after being there an hour. In other words, I was not serviced on this visit and hope that I was not accessed an office visit.

Had the best dental experience. From the moment you walk in everyone is incredibly friendly. The dentist/dental assistants took their time and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed. The dental cleaning was gentle and thorough. My teeth look and feel amazing. The dentist walked me through X-rays of my teeth and explained what steps I could take for an even better smile and they didn’t pressure me into paying for extra services. I highly recommend this office and will be coming back for future appointments.

I had such a great experience visiting Dr. Noors office. As a first time patient, my expectations were far exceeded. I was running late and they accommodated me with no issues. Office is clean, and spacious and everyone there is kind and friendly. Check in was extremely seamless, I love that forms are sent prior to your visit. Marcell, I believe was his name started with an introduction and photos, he was fantastic! So calm and easy going. Dr. Kim did my cleaning and he was informative, gentle and thorough. I then had a consultation with Dr. Noor & I learned more about my teeth and its structure within that time, than I ever have in my life from any other dentist! I felt no pressure regarding treatments, I actually felt secured and so informed after our chat. I look forward to returning and I hope you also give this office a chance.

Oh my goodness, to say that I had an exquisite experience here would not be enough. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and came with an open mind and what a received in kind was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and present and receptive, it was such a nice experience! And the doctor(s) were SO knowledgeable and thorough and really sat with me to make sure I fully understood what was going on with my teeth and specific dental needs. The doctor is even published which is awesome to be able to research on your own post appointment.I will definitely be going back and I truly could not recommend them enough!Thank you Smile Cafe I’m so appreciative for your time today and I can’t wait to come back!

BEWARE! This place is a 100% scam! They push Invisalign on you and try and set up a payment plan, but in reality they are opening up a loan / line of credit in your name! They rushed me through procedures and tried to get me to sign documents without reading or seeing them. Luckily I caught it early enough and was able to close the account without a hit to my score, but can’t imagine how many people they have done this too. DO NOT GO HERE!
