I recently brought my daughter Angelica A. And had a fantastic experience at the orthodontist office. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. The office itself was clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment. The orthodontist and their team were professional and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in their abilities. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this orthodontist office. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. Had a great experience with the staff. The patient coordinator was very informative and helpful and explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. The doctor is amazing and super friendly and the space is maintained well and very clean and welcoming! The front desk also does a great job of giving you follow up appointments quickly.

So I came in here last month for what I thought would be a long boring consultation…honestly! But when I got to the location (50 Clinton St.) I noticed it was ran by all females. The anxiety washed right off me. The energy at the location is calm and inviting. I didn’t mind the poking and prying and overall uncomfort that comes with these appointments. To my surprise, the lovely Wennifer greets me and let’s know me I can leave with actual braces today for $100 down. I wasn’t expecting that I thought it would be a long conversation and maybe like another appointment before we could get the treatment started. I was so beyond excited, said yes immediately. She was throughout about all my questions and questions I hadn’t even thought of yet. She charged my phone and sent me on my way. I can’t remember the young woman who applied them on for me, but she was an ANGEL! I felt NO PAIN. She made no error. It had to be 30 mins. tops. Big big shoutout to her and everyone at the front desk. THESE WOMAN ARE ANGELS!
