I recently brought my daughter Angelica A. And had a fantastic experience at the orthodontist office. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. The office itself was clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment. The orthodontist and their team were professional and knowledgeable, making me feel confident in their abilities. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this orthodontist office. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent service!

So I came in here last month for what I thought would be a long boring consultation…honestly! But when I got to the location (50 Clinton St.) I noticed it was ran by all females. The anxiety washed right off me. The energy at the location is calm and inviting. I didn’t mind the poking and prying and overall uncomfort that comes with these appointments. To my surprise, the lovely Wennifer greets me and let’s know me I can leave with actual braces today for $100 down. I wasn’t expecting that I thought it would be a long conversation and maybe like another appointment before we could get the treatment started. I was so beyond excited, said yes immediately. She was throughout about all my questions and questions I hadn’t even thought of yet. She charged my phone and sent me on my way. I can’t remember the young woman who applied them on for me, but she was an ANGEL! I felt NO PAIN. She made no error. It had to be 30 mins. tops. Big big shoutout to her and everyone at the front desk. THESE WOMAN ARE ANGELS!

Had a great experience with the staff. The patient coordinator was very informative and helpful and explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. The doctor is amazing and super friendly and the space is maintained well and very clean and welcoming! The front desk also does a great job of giving you follow up appointments quickly.

Today at Strait Set Orthodontics was incredible! This is my first time back in a while and I’ve really missed this place . Wenifer is a great new addition to the office and made sure I understood everything that would be happening today. Everyone here is great. If you are the kind of person who gets nervous about getting ortho work done everyone here will put you at ease.

The experience was absolutely awesome. The facility is clean up to date and beautiful. I absolutely love the yellow and grey color scheme. All the ladies at the front desk were happy and helpful and nice. Doctor z was very informative about what to expect from my daughter Kenaishas treatment. The location is great for where we live. I am happy to be doing business with straight set. Keep up the awesome work everyone!

I was asked if I was okay and this really meant a lot because so many times, no one asks about your comfort. Lastly, Wenifer was professional and considerate. She really explained every step of the transaction to get me started with Invisalign. I did not think that at almost 60 years old (in 2 months) I would have an opportunity to improve my smile. I’m grateful to the entire staff.

First time visit: Came in with questions and a brief consultation. Excellent experience from calling in to book an appointment to the finish. Odeth and the rest of front desk was organized and welcoming. The office space is well kept, tidy and very comfortable. If you want to get your teeth fixed up for a better smile, Dr.Zarabi is absolutely the perfect doctor to go to. He was very helpful and informative with the questions and concerns I had. Honest with the patients and has the patient's best interests at heart. Thank you!

I needed to book an ortho consultation for my son. I found Straight Set through on-line research because it was one of the few places that took my insurance and was located close to home. I was pleasantly surprised upon visiting the location for our appointment! The office is a welcoming, state-of-the art facility that seemed to employe and cater to local people and families. The receptionists, assistants, and doctor were all so kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. They listened and explained things clearly. This is gem in the neighborhood and I hope more people discover it.

Hi,Staff is great especially Maria from reception area. She is always super helpful. New place is bigger. Only complaint is I would like to have more communication with dentist about where my son is with process.
