Waw first visit today and am already regretting why I didn’t know about WALLY earlier, I lost so much $ with my dentist and never have a serious diagnostic or been told about my gum in details like WALLY did today. Thanks a zillion time WALLY. Subscribing my wife todayAmazing, professional and friendly team.

Excellent service from start to finish. The check in process is on a kiosk. They called me in within 5 minutes after I checked in. They explain everything they are doing step by step. The dentist, hygienist, and other staff are all very nice and welcoming. They found things on the X-Rays my last dentist did not and offered referrals to take care of those issues. I highly recommend Wally. It's far cheaper than your traditional dentist and it is a good experience.

According to the National Library of Medicine, bacteria from the mouth can enter the bloodstream (Patricia). For that reason, proper dental care inscribes us with better overall health....Wally Health, an original and essential dental provider, provides an excellent oral poetic tradition. Drs. Tia, Jammie, and Science tend to our teeth with kindness. They restore our teeth to dewy freshness. Grade: A

Fantastic!! Much more thorough than a regular dentist cleaning — gum health, teeth scans in addition to x rays, mouth cancer check, identifying specific weak spots to highlight where you need to be extra vigilant in your brushing and flossing. And it only took an hour from check in to check out. I can’t wait for my next appt!

My first experience at Wally was overall disappointing - this office feels a little scammy. I was intrigued by the $199/yr price tag for unlimited dental care etc., but after having my first appointment, it feels like false advertising. When I walked in to the Tribeca office, I was shocked to see paper walls that divide their warehouse space into separate "rooms" for medical treatment. There is no privacy because the "rooms" don't have doors or ceilings; there are simply paper dividers as walls between patients. There is also no waiting room - only a few wooden blocks pressed up against the windows for folks to sit. The woman sitting on the block next to me asked if she was going crazy and seeing this correctly... that the walls were just pieces of paper. The appointment itself was decent. The medical assistant was so sweet and did a great job explaining everything! The hygienist was wearing a mask and had a thick accent, so I had a hard time hearing what she said. The dentist addressed all of my concerns and let me know that for someone on the care team would call me soon to discuss my results and talk about some product to help reverse small cavities that I have.A few days later I signed up for a call with the care team (a hygienist), who spent most of the time talking about this product to reverse my small cavities. I figured it was going to be some $100 magic mouthwash, but it was an in-house treatment with a price tag of >$1000 to account for the different cavities that were starting. Shocking!!!Since then, I ordered my whitening kit which is supposed to come within the month of the first appointment. I haven't heard from Wally about scheduling my next appointment or completing any next steps. Wally doesn't have a website to book appts - everything is done through a virtual texting person which is so difficult and confusing! For a dentist that promises unlimited whitening and unlimited cleanings I think it's false advertising.

As of this review, Wally's current terms and conditions say that they have no actual obligation to provide any of the advertised services that you paid for, and that by subscribing you agree that you cannot hold them responsible for any damages caused by their gross negligence or failure to communicate. No mattter how much this company tries to suppress negative feedback and cover them with paid "influencers" and positive reviews based solely on the first appointment, more people are speaking up about how horrible their experiences with Wally are past that first appointment. After weeks trying to get in contact with a real person about getting basic tartar cleaning (which they do not do on your first appointment), I tried putting my number in their new customer survey and lo and behold a representative immediately reached out to me to convince me to sign up again. It's unconscionable that they would deliberately mislead people by pouring all their resources into accomodating new customers to get a good review and then drop them completely once the refund period has passed.

I changed my review to 5 stars from 4 stars - This is preventative dentistry that is affordable, transparent without the bogus upsells. Highly recommend no matter your situation - $200 a year is worth it. Think about how this will save you $1000s of dollars later down the line, less pain, less insecurity about teeth and they include whitening kits at no additional cost.Wally - overall - stellar experience. Lab Tech was friendly, the Dentist (DDS I believe) was thorough, knowledgeable and straightforward. They use the latest tech, I was surprised and liked to see it in action. They show you everything they’re doing and explain if asked. The hygienist was friendly, thorough and did a good job.The process is efficient and effective. Day one - x-rays, consultation by dentist and teeth cleaning.Wally clearly wants to invest in customer service, efficient technology and good people. The booking system needs to be app based and availability should be shifted to the weekend to make appointments more accessible. But I don’t doubt these ideas are in the works.

I had my first appointment with Wally today. The sign of process was extremely easy but unfortunately it wasn’t so easy to get an appointment within a short period of time. The soonest appointment available for me was 2 1/2 months out from that day that I signed up. Upon arrival, I did have to wait a bit and the appointment started about 20 minutes late. However, they were able to treat me quickly and efficiently and got me in and out just on time. The working staff was very pleasant, and the dentist was knowledgeable alongside the technology that they use was pretty cool. Overall, I’m using this service as a way for me to supplement my already existing dental insurance so it’s nice to get an extra set of cleanings and here and there besides just the standard ones covered by my current insurance company. I look forward to seeing how the rest of the year goes but so far so good

Great experience! No wait time. Everyone was so nice and explained everythinggg unlike other drs or dentists. They also have this cool little tool that takes a video of your teeth and you can see it in a 3d model on the screen. Easy X-rays. Next visit in two months is more deeper cleaning. Looking forward to getting my custom whitening kit in about two weeks!UPDATE- went back for deep cleaning. So great! General but really good scraping to get all the stains and plaque off. Also did the thing to stop my cavity from growing deeper. Didn’t hurt or anything. Can’t wait to go back in 3 months!
