Update- after seeing my review, Jill (the office manager) contacted us to better understand the situation. Apologized for the experience, took care of getting everything situated with my son. Made us feel much better. Thanks for making it better :)Since this company changed owners it’s gone down hill! No flexibility with appointments, reduced business hours, now only open 4 days a week… if I was able to switch practices I would. This is unfortunate as I had my braces done here and my son’s first round of treatment was amazing.

Amazing staff and amazing results. I went to them for Invisalign and they worked with me and fixed all issues I had until I was completely happy with how my teeth looked. Every time I went in and brought up a small flaw that was bothering me, they went above and beyond to fix it. I will recommend Greeley & Nista to everyone from now on! 100% in love with my results!

So very pleased with our experiences here at Greeley and Nista Orthodontics. Our daughter was very, very nervous and hesitant about getting braces. From day one, the staff were wonderful and created a welcoming environment where our daughter feels comfortable. Dr. Nista left a very nice phone message welcoming our daughter to his practice. Through visits he checks in as well. His team is wonderful and they explain to our daughter what they will be doing so she feels comfortable. We are very pleased with this practice and we recommend it to anyone in need of braces.

I don’t usually do 5 star ratings but Greely & Nista deserves all the praise!! From the first appointment, the doctor walked in with light up converses and I was sold! Angela, one of the technicians, among all the other amazing ones, always made me feel welcome and part of the GNO family. They were always able to accommodate my life schedule and I can’t ever say I walked out of there feeling like I wasn’t important. Now, when people compliment my smile, other than saying “thank you” I let them know that it’s brought to them (and me) by Greeley and Nista!!!

Thanks for helping me, as an adult, get my teeth back to my best smile! I had a permanent retainer after braces from childhood on my bottom teeth fall out during 2020 when all the dentists were closed. My teeth moved in between new insurance, finding a new orthodontist after coming out of 2020, and getting time to take care of myself. I am glad I found Greenley and Nista who are so great to work with and made me proud of my smile again! Our family are big fans! My husband even decided to get on a plan with them as well :)

My boys came in for a consult and were not thrilled either the idea of braces. The entire staff was wonderful and accommodating!I though Dr. Nista was amazing! He was very laid back and funny! He answered their questions and addressed them directly! I don't know of any doctor who calls you the night before to introduce himself!I would highly recommend!

I am getting close to being finished with my treatment at GNO… and I don’t think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. Dr. Nista has got to be one of the nicest orthodontists out there.I work at a dental office and constantly refer patients to him. My case has not be an easy one, with impacted canines- fun! 😆 But his level of patience and thorough care have been so so appreciated. When my adult teeth were being stubborn with coming down- instead of sending me back to the oral surgeon, he took the matter into his own hands and did a procedure right then and there!It has been nothing but a great experience. Choose Dr. Nista if you are thinking about getting braces! You will not get better care anywhere else!

I absolutely love this office ! The assistants and front desk girls are amazing . Everyone is so welcoming here and Dr . John Nista is the best I have ever came across in Delaware . My sons get excited when the have up coming appointments . They did an amazing job with their braces I even scheduled me an appointment for myself. I referred family members and they can’t wait for their new journey at Greeley and Nista Orthodontist . I highly recommend.

It was such a pleasant experience coming to GNO. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. I felt right at home! I came here for a second opinion and left knowing this was the office for me. I was so amazed that Dr. Nista called me the night before my first appointment and introduced himself and welcomed me to his practice. I am so excited to be starting my journey and can’t wait to see my new smile.

My daughter is 14 and has had her braces on for about 7 months now! We really love the atmosphere and everyone you encounter is always extremely friendly and personable. Some offices when you call them if your running a couple minutes late will be rude or make you feel uncomfortable but not Greenley and Nista! They are very understanding and always make us feel welcomed and comfortable. It’s also a plus + that they have delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪 or if it’s a morning appointment, they have little munchkin donuts 🍩
