The best professional care from the front desk (Sara and Anne) to Dr. Puri and everyone in between (Edwin. Dylan and Veronica). Came in on a Friday before a long holiday weekend as a new patient with a badly abscessed molar and left with an extraction and temporary bridge. Am leaving the office today with a perfectly fitted permanent bridge and couldn’t be happier with the caring compassionate care I have received. Highly recommend.

I am a relative newcomer to Newport Smiles, and we're working through a couple replacement crowns. What's unique about my experience is I came from a nearby Dental office (about a block away) who I learned through Delta Dental had been overbilling me for some 30 years. Newport Smiles is a MUCH better experience so far. The doctor and staff are patient and go beyond expectation to assure that I'm aware of the treatment plan at every step. I'm very satisfied and happy with my change and dental care! Location and parking is very convenient.

Wonderful dental office. Dr Bhatia is the best I've been to many offices who have butchered my mouth and since then I have not went to a dentist. From the moment of walking In I felt welcome. Thank you to Xochitl for explaing everything and going above to help me with finances. I travel from corona just to come here. Once again thank you to all staff!!

Friendly office, good dentists, and a great hygienist. I feel lucky to find a dentist this good that accepts my dental hmo insurance.After the first year things changed. Hygienist either left or was never available. A new dentist came in and was too rough. They pushed more expensive cleanings. My bridgwork they replaced is ill fitting. Had to move on.

Overall it was a negative experience. The wait was quick and the front office staff was respectful upon arrival. On the questionnaire, I indicated that I strongly dislike the dentist and I have a sensitivity to temperatures. During the cleaning, I was obviously in pain and uncomfortable. The dentist never asked if I was okay and said “your teeth are really dirty” to justify the pain she was causing. She also critiqued the hygienist In front of me for an unnecessary reason. If the hygienist was not aware of the dentists expectations when greeting the dentist prior to the cleaning then the dentist should have provided clearer instructions, not inappropriately critique her in front of the client. Additionally, when I declined a service and was reading the print so I would know what I was signing the worker said “you are just saying no to the thing that is causing you to have so many cavities”. The hygienist was the only positive experience of the dentist.

Awful place, awful dentist. I tried one more time to give them them a chance and my 2nd time going due to dental work needed. Once again they give you the most expensive and worst case scenario and do not provide other options and will try to take advabtage of you. Went back to my dentist in Tijuana and once again great treatment and provide every option you have and you choose rather than a money grab selfish dentist office Newport Smiles is. Do not trust them, the dentist was rude, cold and un pleasant.It's all about money, they will tell you the maximum amount of work needed and now I think about it how many times do you think they lie to people about work needed just take money from you, don't believe what they say always get a second opinion and you will find out how selfish and inconsiderate they are and in fact that they may be lying to your face.

I've been going to Newport Smiles for over 10 years and they've always been great. Dr. Puri is very detailed in her explanations of the various procedures and she takes a genuine interest in her patients, which is very much appreciated. The tech I had today (Arturo, I think) was very friendly and good at his job. Highly recommend Newport Smiles!

Great Visit With Dr Puri and her staff. I had 3 other consultations and I knew Dr Puri would be the one I chose . She went over my X-rays and explained the procedures very clearly and also gave me options s, some I could do without saving me money. Dr Puris’ assistant Nimshi went over all the procedures and time frames for my implant and also gave me options . Nimshi was very kind and professional I decided I would go forward with Newport Smiles Right away. Thank you Dr Puri n Staff👍

I was in so much pain! I could not eat or work. My teeth were infected. I could not afford to remove the infection but the entire staff helped me through everything. From the phone call on Thursday and the same day visit through the removal of all the infection on Friday, (the day after!) I felt safe and helped the entire time. They even cared about me and how I felt. They were so nice and so caring!!! I feel so much better!!! Thank you so much!! Elaine Jackson
