Paventy & Brown Orthodontics - Newport

This place totally helped us out of a real pinch today. We were in Newport visiting (we live in Bend) and my husband’s permanent retainer suddenly broke during our trip (be careful with toothpicks apparently!) It was literally dangling off one tooth and totally broken off the other one. Anyway we called this place with no idea what to expect, and they were able to see us as basically walk-ins and help take care of the problem in a matter of minutes. They saved the day for us! Thank you!

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough about how amazing Dr. Paventy is and his team. They have taken such great care of our kids. Hands down I would recommend Dr. P and his team to anyone out there even thinking about straightening their teeth. I am probably going to go in as well from our great experience. Enjoy those beautiful smiles!

I have been very impressed with the quality of treatment my family has received from Paventy & Brown Orthodontics. Dr. P is great at his job. He’s a true artist/scientist and has a gentle/friendly yet realistic/no-nonsense bedside manner. The staff are exemplary, knowledgeable, and kind. The prices are not that much higher than competitors, and the quality of service is absolutely worth it (you really do get what you pay for). They offer payment plan flexibility that makes a world of difference, too.

My teeth are complicated and I'm a bit older, but from the first contact they have been nothing but reassuring 😀I had other options for treatment, but after one visit to the office and meeting Dr. B I knew they were the one for me!I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs treatment , which I already have to many friends 😉, you won't regret it! I felt so taken care of by this office that my dentist recommended me to. My consult with Dr. Bahnson was excellent. He took so much care to go over my x-rays and my case in detail, outlining every option and exploring every idea to complete understanding. I left feeling that I had all that I needed to make the right, informed choice for my plan. He really understood my needs and preferences and I felt I had a trusted ally to help me. This is a great experience to have as an adult with anything mouth related! The staff and the front desk and the assistants who did x-rays and impressions were also super helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I got great help over the phone, excellent communication when I needed it -- far superior to my experiences with dental offices. I know that I was not "sold" anything, but rather really guided to make the decision about what to do -- and what NOT to do -- at this point in my journey with a very difficult case I have had over the course of my life. Additionally, appointments were easy to get, didn't have to wait weeks, which I really appreciated! The space is clean and pleasant to be in. Overall, 100% positive experience, and I highly recommend Paventy & Brown!

Amazing experience every time!!! From the first time I called their office they were willing to help me make an appointment that will work with my schedule, we are a bilingual family and they always have someone that speak Spanish to help us during our visits. They are very professional and most of all my kids love going to their appointments. Highly recommend!

I have had such an amazing experience at this office. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Special shout-out to Karen at the front desk who has been accommodating, kind and helpful. Especially with my busy schedule. She has coordinated with other offices and gone above and beyond to help me get in to be seen and with my retainers. Both me, my sister, and my mom have all chosen this office and we are so grateful for the amazing experience. All the staff here are wonderful. Give Karen a raise and some serious appreciation for all she does for every person who walks in the door. She is AMAZING. Thank you Karen and the rest of the team for a great experience.

We were on vacation from Wisconsin when my son’s braces wire came loose and began causing pain and discomfort. They were willing and able to slide us into the schedule within 2 hours of me calling. They got us in quickly, fixed the problem, and allowed us to continue our trip pain and worry free. All with no prior relationship. Great people and a great company. We really appreciate it!

My daughter’s springs and bracket came loose while on vacation at the coast. It was pretty painful and uncomfortable while eating… I found Paventy & Brown through Google and gave them a call. They were able to see us same day to remove the springs until we could get home to see her regular Orthodontist! Thank you for making our trip so much better and taking such good care of my daughter!!!

This office is amazing! While visiting from out of state, my daughter's appliance became partially detached. I called the office, spoke with Karen, she was immediately able to schedule an appointment for my daughter to be seen! From the moment we walked in the door, staff was warm and welcoming, they all worked smoothly together and exhibited great comradeay. Brittany, our ortho technician, was so sweet and professional. Dr. Hagge was also very friendly. He quickly devised a game plan, and clearly explained what was going to take place before moving forward. I highly recommend using Paventy & Brown Orthodontics! I'm so grateful for the care they provided!
