The Smile Express

I highly recommend Smile Express for next dental visit. The dental clinic is a pleasant place with outstanding staff. They are highly skilled in interacting with children and putting them at ease during dental checkups. The clinic is well-equipped with modern instruments and maintains a high standard of cleanliness. The waiting time is minimal, and the dentists are exceptional. There are multiple checkup stations, allowing for efficient parallel checkups of multiple children.

The wait was about 30 mins after schedule appt. I wish they would have told me that they are running 30 mins off schedule I would have showed up later.I cannot find any other ped. Dentist in my area that will accept my insurance. I called so many.

Kids friendly office. However, they are irresponsible with appointments. Had a couple occasions where I scheduled my future appointments in office then I receive notifications from the office advising that I need to schedule an appointment. Then when I call to advise I have an appointment scheduled they can not find it on their system. This time when I tried to reschedule they rejected to schedule my daughter stating they are not taking new patients with my current insurance

I scheduled the appointment with a Dentist and they changed the dentist without telling me.I came to know before treatment. It wasted my 2 hours because of their non professionalism. They rescheduled the appointment and when I asked them to return the Co pay which they charged before starting the treatment, they said we will not charge at next visit.The clinic is not clean, patient bed cover was eroded from multiple places.

If I could provide 0 stars I wouldThey are very unprofessional. They made me 3 different appointments for me and when I showed up to each they stated I did Not have an appointment scheduled. My daughter has an infected tooth that they advised they would work on yesterday and when she came in today for the tooth to be worked on, they worked on another cavity that did not hurt her and that was not infected. This malpractice dentist is very all over the place and do not follow through what they are told. They gave me a 7 day antibiotic for the tooth that had to be taken within 7 days and scheduled an appointment for Friday but now is saying they did not schedule it at all and gave up a date in 3 weeks. Please save your money and your time and go elsewhere.

Whoever just answered the phone has a disgusting attitude and just hung up on me, I know my son has an appointment tomorrow, BUT IM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF YOU GUYS WILL DO A ROOT CANAL FOR A CHILD… It’s literally a yes or no answer. I said “good morning my son has his first appointment tomorrow morning, but I would like to know if you guys do root canals for the children?” And it was straight attitude, and she kept on repeating herself in such a disrespectful manner… then just said hold on when I tried to clarify what I was asking to her, she just hung up. What’s with that? Happy Monday I guess

Most horrible place to book an appoiment with!!! The reason why I say this is when I go in time to the Appoiment I have 30 minutos to 45 minutes waiting to be attended .Also I had schedule an appointment November prior to for some fillings for my daughter and when I went to the Appoiment they just did a cleaning I was annoyed after they said it was a small mistake so they schedule me My Appoiment January 30 was at 8;30 they called me at 8;37 saying are coming I said yes I give me 6 minutes they said okay I was right there around the corner called me again just to tell me no it’s to late we can’t attend you it’s always a waste of time

Great place and excellent service,my daughter was with a toothache for several days,I was calling every dentist place and not one had an open, because she was a new patient,thanks God I found this place and was the best thing happened to me and my daughter,they didn't care the she was a new patient give me the appointment for the nex day,their fixed the problem and take good care of her and the same day.

Absolutely the best pediatric dentist. The staff is very helpful and the doctor is just amazing. My children are not great at the dentist but the amount of patience and encouragement the doctor gave them is unbelievablely amazing. Even during fillings the doctor was able to calm down my Littles and get everything done. For reference my kids are preschool age. My children always say the "train doctor" is their favorite doctors to go to.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is unprofessional, unorganized, and untrained. They have no regard for your time or your child ... never set foot in here.Went here because my normal dentist doesn't take my insurance for orthodontic work. First time I went I THOUGHT it was a great plan doctor runs down a plan with me, sounds good I think I'm informed completely...fast forward to first appointment, they extract his 3 teeth, when I ask about the next step no one has any idea what I'm talking about, I had to wait 2 months to get insurance approval for this appointment which turns out to be a normal extraction, I am than told if I want to continue with the plan if have to switch and he would need to have a cleaning, meaning they are now not doing what was planed?!?!?!... I am assured my normal dentist can take over and do the space maintainers needed, which after seeing my dentist they can not because another dentists plan was already in the process... I call and speak to the manager who was very knowledgeable and help me get a sooner appointment without needed the cleaning...I let her know of the lack of communication between all of her office staff from and back of house...my son gets his mold done...they are so rough with him he leave hysterical, from a MOLD OF HIS MOUTH?!?!?!. my son handles his normal dentist no problem. Appointment is made to get the spacers....canceled the day before due to doctor, go for the rescheduled appointment waiting an hiyr and a half for them to finally tell me they have yet to receive the equipment... we go to appointment number 3 for the same thing to be seen and told nope he needs to see the orthodontist who is only there Thurs, I am booked Thursday. Ride front desk, she was misinformation, lied to me about timing, disregarded me asking multiple tines for the manager, picked up a phone call right in front of me without helping me, than put me in another room because I was disturbing other patients...damn right this is my time and my son's mouth and they are playing games....I am finally talked to by the doctor, NOT the manager they were nowhere in sight and told he doesn't need the spacer, well thank you, that means I no longer have to go there and follow the plan. I would NEVER recommend this place....Tendersmiles for kids all the way
