I have to say, this is the best dental experience we've ever had! After a traumatic cavity filling at a different dentist's office, my kids were so anxious about going to the dentist. However, we decided to switch to this practice after meeting their friendly staff at a local event, and it's been a game-changer.Our first visit was a delight – the office is charming, and the staff is incredible. The X-rays and cleaning were quick and smooth. Unfortunately, my oldest had another cavity, and he was understandably nervous. But this morning, the staff, including the dentist, were not only sweet and thorough but also made the cavity filling a tear-free experience.Now, I'm all for constructive criticism, and if there's one thing I'd mention, it's that both times I walked in, no one greeted me. It took about 10 minutes during our second visit before someone came from the back. There were no initial "good mornings" or such, just a simple, "Hey mom, there's some paperwork." Once the interactions started, everyone was friendly and accommodating, but the first impression left a bit to be desired. 🙈

The staff and the office was amazing! The front desk Ashley made the process easy and explained everything to me. The office was clean and kid friendly and the back office staff made me and my kids feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. They loved the movies and toys while we were waiting to be seen. Hands down the best pediatric dentist I’ve been to in a long time.

Love them. My 3 year’s old first visit to a dentist. Everyone is super nice.Great service. They explained everything. Finally a wonderful experience at a dental office. They made my son feel super comfortable and gave him prizes and a gift bag afterwards.The environment is playful.They definitely cater to kids. 🙏🏽 Recommend. 10/10!*Parent tip: have you child watch a few friendly YouTube videos prior to going. It brakes all the fear and nervousness off of them.My son was excited before we walked in🤗Make things easier for your child and the staff members.

As an adult woman getting braces for the first time I couldn't have been happier with my experience at the Tooth Fairy! Everyone that works there from the receptionist to the orthodontist is just wonderful; attentive, they know what they're doing, and they're always friendly. Also the price is very fair. I highly recommend the Tooth Fairy!

First they thought my Son was there for a cleaning, NO introduction, NO Good Afternoon, NO approach, the hygienist just asked my Son his name and was about to clean his teeth like I was invisible, so I told her he is not here for a cleaning, he’s here for pain and are you going to take an X-ray to see what is wrong? I would NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT OFFICE AGAIN. The STAFF is LACKING COURTESY , the Doctor didn’t even introduce herself to me,. POOR BEDSIDE MANNER.I had to wait a long time only for them to tell me that the doctor is going to leave in a few minutes, so I have to make a next appointment for cleaning for my Son because they didn’t want me to wait too long, like I wasn’t waiting long before .That was a waist of my time.

I love this dentist office. The staff acknowledges us every single visit. The facility is always clean, never over crowded and the waits are short. Both of my kids enjoy every visit. My 4yr old got his tooth pulled in the front and it was painless and he was very comfortable he actually was excited to get it pulled lol. Did I mention it was an emergency visit and they was able to schedule him the very next morning. If you’re looking for a friendly, clean and safe pediatric dentist this is the place. Only negative thing is the parking area is always full from the other businesses.

This dental assistants and hygienists aren't as gentle as they need to be with little mouths. I'm moving my family to a different practice, as my son has sensitive teeth and he says it hurts each time we go (for hours afterward). We have gone 3 times and it's the same EVERY time. So we will not be going there again. I gave 3 stars because the staff are nice.

My experience in The Tooth Fairy was amazing!!! Everyone was super nice and kind and always happy to clear any doubts. I personally had to go there to get a filling in my teeth due to an accident I had when I was little. As you can imagine it’s always a pretty bad experience but in The Tooth Fairy everyone helped me so that it wouldn’t be as bad an experience as it had been before. I totally recommend it and hope you have as much fun as I did.
