I was referred by my sister here, and All in All great experience! They took care of me, Explain everything to me and Dr. Shaer really great! and Ivan too. After 3 months got my permanent implant and it was great match my other tooth and looks like real. If I have money I will have all my tooth implanted. It's too pricey all implants are and I guess they have a reasonable price base on my experience and my sister. I still have 1 more to go and looking forward to it. Thanks Doctors and Staffs.!

I'm a very happy customer. My previous treatments has made me feel confident in Dr. Shaer. I started a new treatment yesterday which I was not looking forward to (Sinius lift, graft and implant). I only took 1 ibuprofen the same night as it got done…this is 4 days ago! I have had no complications whatsoever :-) I feel very good, and so glad I did it! Again, the service Dr. Shaer providing has been excellent to me and my girlfriend. I'm so glad we found smile boutique and Dr. Shaer.

Being a self-admitted, life-long needle phobic, going to the dentist feels like walking to the guillotine. When my autoimmune disease (Sjorgren's Syndrome) presented with a host of horrible symptoms - one of my biggest fears has come to light-- more frequent trips to the dentist due to an excessive dry mouth condition. Eventually, three teeth needed complete replacement with implants.I was like- WHAT? Teeth pulling? Inserting screws directly into my gums? Possible cadaver material to build-up my own gums? OMG- there's no way!Trying to be a responsible grown-up, it was inevitable and I first met with a dental surgeon recommended by our family dentist. Not only, did he charge me $500 for the initial appt- but he and his front office did not seem to be caring or re-assuring at all. Several months later, I went to an eyelash appt to a location-- further away from my home (it wasn't great). However on my way out, I saw Smile Boutique's sandwich board signage outside their office. Normally, I'd keep stepping. I mean, that's pretty unusual for a "reputable" dentist's office. Instead, I took a picture and went home. A few days later, I thought- why not? Let me read other people's experience with this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the "GLOWING" reviews from one client to the next!I made an appointment and was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the front desk, the text messaging reminders and their state-of- the-art imaging machines. I made certain to mention about my incredible fear of dentistry and they went out of their way to assuage my fears.... Dr. Shaer seemed at ease and confident about his own abilities so now, it just comes down to how much is this gonna hurt the pocket book? No matter how you slice it, these type of procedures are an investment in one's health and I figured at worst case scenario, I could do it in segments and not all at once. But is this a realistic idea for a true dentist-fearing human? Probably not.In comes IVAN.With his warm, friendly and no pressure approach he laid out a seemingly reasonable financial plan. But their "closer" is now sitting with another "closer"- me. Lol.I am THRILLED that the year it took from the first appointment to the last, was an extremely positive one-- even from someone as inherently picky, opinionated and dentist-phobic as I. The front desk, & the team as a whole was flexible, efficient, reassuring and is a true complement to their company ethos. Dr. Shaer was patient, skilled and delivered what he promised: near painless, well matching dental implants that look good and should last a lifetime. Their dental assistants were well-trained and made me feel as comfortable as possible; that's a very high compliment. But the gem is Ivan! On my last visit, I inadvertently, stopped at Ivan's office on my way out to say thanks and adios!With Ivan's quick smile, and well-dressed, impeccable self, I was truly touched when he asked about my brother (who came with me at my previous appointment. ) And when the subject of our dogs came up- I knew he was one of those truly special people! There are nice people... And there are truly KIND people.Kudos to the whole team at Smile Boutique and I will continue to recommend you to everyone- but especially to dentist-phobic friends who will be as impressed and as grateful for a fantastic dental experience like I had at Smile Boutique!! Once I had spoken to the receptionist for the first time It was a done deal that this will be the dental office I want to spend my money on and get my dental care from. They were very attentive and caring from the front desk to the manager to Dr. Shaer and to all my dental assistant ladies that took care of me. I love Dr. Shaer because he's direct to the point and tells you how it is. I also appreciate how they were so attentive of me before, during, and after my major procedure. I still have upcoming appts. and I can't wait for my final result. Super excited for the first time coming to a dental office. I highly recommend.2 years later, and here I am smiling brighter than ever!! I came to Smile Boutique Northridge through a referral from my local La Canada dentist for implants, bridge and three new crowns. My visit started with a very thorough consultation and left with a folder that contained the estimate for the work to be performed (very fair price!), pictures, and information. It was very impressive and I walked out with no questions unanswered. I actually committed to the procedure immediately. They offered me a payment schedule, interest free as well, if I wanted.I had three visits to complete my work. Each visit began promptly with no waiting more than three minutes in the waiting room. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, from staff to doctors. Office was immaculate and was equipped with state of the art equipment from what I could tell.I am very pleased with my end result. My teeth look and feel great. I am considering going back for my regular dental work moving forward even though it’s a bit of a drive.

I want to share my story, a week ago I started to have a toothache, I thought maybe it would pass, I started self-medicating, took painkillers, but the pain reappeared especially at night.I applied to several clinics in the area, but they constantly prescribed for some time or simply did not understand me because I am Russian. Passing by on the way, I saw the dentistry "smile boutique".At the entrance, I was met by a very nice staff of girls from the reception, helped me fill out questionnaires, offered free diagnostics, I was very surprised when I was X-rayed, explained that the infection had already started on two teeth nearby, down under the roots.I had to agree to the removal .The operation was performed wonderfully and without pain , I just lay there and thought about my own , not paying attention .Implants were inserted into open wounds very professionally and the gums were sewn up .This clinic has excellent modern equipment, each employee knows his job professionally.Special thanks to Dr. Shaer, Ivan, the woman who took pictures of me and of course was very pleased with humanity that people went to meet me because of my situation in a foreign country and made a nice monetary discount.Great team of doctors!

Overall my experience with the Smile Boutique Northridge has been a good one. My treatment included several new crowns and one implant, all completed in the past few months. Ivan explained in advance all the details of the process and Dr Shaer executed it in a timely manner. Other members of the staff were all very pleasant and professional. I am happy with the end results.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by the Smile Boutique. I had a full restoration, all on 6, for both upper and lower arches. The staff always makes me feel welcome and comfortable because having every one of your teeth replaced is a big deal and they realize most will be pretty nervous going through it. Just know whatever procedure you need, it'll be handled very professionally with the best care.
