This waiting area was very clean and the receptionists were very polite. They answered all my questions and they have a very flexible appointment scheduling. Doctor Osibin was very polite and professional, he’s amazing. I was in and out of my appointment. The entire staff of this office are great and very helpful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

As someone who has MAJOR anxiety over dental procedures, this place was amazing! I can’t get over how the staff was so quick to calm my nerves, and was beyond sweet! I had to travel a few hours to have my wisdom teeth removed, and honestly it was well worth the travel. I even had major trouble with getting my medication (mainly because of insurance) and they were so helpful in getting it all sorted out! I cannot recommend them enough!

Having issues with your teeth to the point of seeing a surgeon isn’t something most, especially myself, desire and sometimes actively avoid.But the team here is amazing and welcoming. They’re super busy and yet they squeezed me in last minute for an exam and pulled my teeth out that very same day.They were kind, informative and fast. They did not make my concerns feel invalid or minimize the pain I said I was in.Highly recommend!!!

Consolation was quick and easy, scheduled same week that I called in. Friendly and knowledgeable intake staff who had all the answers to my insurance questions.Dr. Elder had super friendly attitude on top of being clear and concise about the what on the agenda on surgery day which reduced my anxiety about the procedure over all. One week out of surgery and haven’t had an issue yet with the healing or pain, which is just another merit to the overall great experience for a not so fun life event.

Amazing staff! Very helpful, explained everything with great detail, super pleasant. Dr Osibin is THE MAN! He made the entire experience and procedure super easy and pain free, the only part I felt bad about was not being able to tell him thank you and goodbye after my procedure was done due to me being somewhat out of it. This place is great. The staff is always nice and helpful. I was here last year for my oral surgery and it was quick and with no complications. Two months ago my girlfriend also said the same thing. So, today I brought my sister for her oral surgery and the staff was still great. I am amazed at the level of consistency and professionalism they have. Definitely recommend!

I just moved to Novato and after putting off my wisdom teeth for 12 years, finally decided it was time to get them out. I found this place on Yelp and went with Dr Osibin. He is such an awesome doctor! I was SO freaked out about everything as I have never had a surgery or went under, and he made me feel comfortable right away from the consultation to the surgery to the post-op check up. I had 3 taken out and it took less than 40 minutes. It also didn’t hurt at all the days afterwards, though I had a lot of swelling and that was definitely uncomfortable but to be expected since I put this off until my 30s. I would highly recommend coming here, the staff are super nice as well and communicative, they even called me the same day to check up on me. Thank you so much!

My husband had to have two teeth extracted surgically. He has dementia and he has always been afraid of the dentist. Everyone, everyone was so kind and so helpful. The lady that gave us the charges even said that I should contact my insurance company for further coverage. The Doctor was so kind and compassionate. The assistant that took my husband to the car in a wheelchair was so kind. I have nothing but good things to say about Novato Oral Surgery.

Doctor Elder is by far the best dental professional I know of in the bay area. He understands that patients are often fearful and is genuinely compassionate. He is also a skilled surgeon who cares about the work he does and never fails to follow up with his patients after a procedureto make sure everything is okay. I would reccomend him to anybody faced with an unpleasant procedure. The level of care and quality of work Doctor Elder provides is exceptional!
