Geralyn and Dr. Bielik are the best! Caring, efficient, professional, thorough and accommodating. The office staff is great too, and the office is clean, organized and inviting. Highly recommend!!Was recently back and received the same friendly service. Dr. Bielik's attention to detail and thorough assessments are phenomenal! Update 2024:I am nearing the end of my treatment and I can honestly say that I am proud of Dr Bielik and her teams efforts to make sure that my teeth are aligned. I would totally recommend this orthodontic office for care. Her team is amazing, very professional and definitely patient focused. They are very good at answering questions and making sure you understand the progress in your treatment. The staff at the front desk are amazing as well always pleasant to speak too. The office is always a clean and sanitary environment. If you're thinking about getting orthodontic care, please give them a call for a consultation.Update 2023:I decided on this practice for my orthodontic care. 7-8 months have gone by since the start of treatment and I'm already seeing gradual results. I am pleased with the results so far. My teeth have moved relatively fast! Dr Bielik and her staff have done a great job with my orthodontic care so far. I look forward to the completion. Staff are always nice, friendly and welcoming! I like that the office is always clean, and they are always taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID! I stumbled across this office by referral and I am extremely happy that I did! I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of orthodontic care.Original:Office was very clean and sanitary. The wait time wasn't bad at all. The staff were extremely nice. Grisel was really nice and informative during my consultation. Dr. Bielik was very nice, she didn't make me feel bad for wanting to seek treatment. She was very thorough in explaining the treatment plans as well as an estimated time frame of completion. Marybeth, the financial counselor offered some helpful tips about financing options and was very friendly. Overall my experience was good, I would recommend this office to someone who's in need of orthodontic care.

Greatly recommended by my Dentists, Dr Tracy L Gaston 10004 S. Kedzie Ave Chicago Illinois and referred to apetty & Bielik Orthodontist for major and tooth work. I would highly recommend this dental program myself to friends and family members who may be needing special dental work and treatment to regain a beautiful smile again. Staff is excellent and very professional suiting special no jattention for new dental client's.

I didn't know what to expect getting braces put on at the graceful age of 51. But my experience here was great from start to finish. It was painlesss didn't know it would be . Orthodontist was thorough, she explained everything before she did it. The after care discussions was very informative. Staff is nice and office is very clean. Friendly staff and dentists.

I was worried, and i’m nervous about going to the dentist. But they made me feel very relaxed. From the moment I walked in the receptionist were very nice very polite and very kind. Then when I got into the room to get checked, the dentist assistant was very kind very polite. Then the dentist came in and helped me decide what was my best treatment. She was very kind. She listened and was understanding of my situation. And the office was very clean.

Such a wonderful experience form the women that greeted us at the front desk and checked us in , to the nurse that did the entire preexam and Dr. Petty. Everything was great. The office is extremely clean and very comfortable! Definitely had an amazing experience with our 12 year daughter of who has never been to orthodontist before. Highly recommend!

This orthodontist is great, also getting my braces were a dream they didn't hurt they were just sore for a day after that I was back eating normal food again. This place is amazing with the cleanings, braces, tightening, etc. I look forward to my next visit as well because of how nice the dentist and everyone else are. This place is a 10/10 I highly recommend this place for dental work.

When scheduling for our first visit the staff made it easy for appointments and got us in right away. We went in yesterday for a consult and from the second we walked in until we left the staff and Dr. Bielek were accommodating and so friendly. When the Dr and assistant walked out of the room my son told me he really liked it here and wanted to do his braces here for sure. We were able to start treatment right away and with a busy schedule I really appreciated that. Very efficient as a whole and the smiles along the way we're just icing on the cake. Way to go team!!!!

I had a consultation with Dr Bielek for some orthodontic work that my dentist recommended. I’m 64. Gricel was very helpful and careful taking the pictures because I have some oral tissue problems. Dr Bielek was very thorough in her explanation of what I may need but I also told me that it was not necessarily the right choice for me. I appreciated her honesty and I would highly recommend this group.D. Kirk
