3 out 5 of my family members have been patients at this practice - the 4th and final just got his braces this week! My son has a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctors and dentists. He had a very bad experience with the dentist when he was young. I just want to shout out this office for their bedside manner, kindness, and patience- especially Oscar one of staff members - for the care and his gentle approach during my son’s 2 hour appointment. Thank you Oscar!

I was referred here by my general dentist for a consultation, and I was amazed how professional, yet warm and friendly everyone was! Dr. Polivka spent a great deal of time with me, and patiently answered all my questions. They did quite a few tests and exams, and even made me a retainer to help me hide my extracted front tooth - and didn't charge me a single dollar! The quote they gave me for the teeth alignment was fair and reasonable, especially for the area (let's face it, Oak Park is not exactly known for being the cheapest!). I would go back in a heartbeat!

We have had very positive experiences with this office. My husband was actually a patient here as a teen. They've begun treatment for our daughter (10) and are currently assessing our son for a jaw alignment issue. The results have been very positive so far. Scheduling has always been easy and convenient. We have never had an extended wait once we arrive. The staff is friendly and professional and they've always been up front about cost and taken the time to review the price of services and payment options. I'm sure that we'll be using them for our youngest child in the near future.

I had very crowded and uneven front teeth, bad enough that flossing was difficult. Battistoni Beam Polivka Orthodontics provided me with multiple rounds of Invisalign trays with regular check ins. My appointments were always on time. The team was always friendly, answered all my questions and politely tolerated my dad jokes. I’m really pleased with the results and highly recommend this practice

The doctors at B, B, and P are very helpful in explaining the status of my daughter's teeth and what's being done at the appointment. The male orthodontic assistant that my daughter has had the last few weeks is a bit rough - drops instruments on her lips, cuts wires roughly, her cheeks have bled a lot. We've had better luck with other assistants and hope to get a female one at our next visit.

It was an amazing experience. Dr. Cardonas, along with the whole staff provided a very comprehensive examination and evaluation. The treatment options were provided using state of the art technology. This office is so well run! I wish everywhere I went was so friendly, professional, clean and efficient. I couldn’t be confused about my child’s orthodontic needs if I tried because they have now taken the time to explain everything to me… twice. I’m very positive about the journey we are beginning. I will have to update my review as time goes on. So far, however, I am very impressed!

I do not recommend this orthodontic practice. Their communication is subpar. They were supposed to call me when my replacement retainer came in, and they never did.They greet you and ask you your last name and then immediately tell you that you have to pay off your balance. Since they never called me to tell me that my retainer was in, I wasn't even sure that I was going to get my retainer that day. So, I told them that the balance would get paid at the end of my appointment since I wasn't even sure that they had my retainer.All of their waiting room chairs are super small. I could not fit in any of their chairs, so I had to stand in the waiting room. I am not a super huge person. It was so embarrassing.I have had to remind them at every single appointment multiple times that I am only wearing the Invisaligns at bedtime when I am sleeping.They always seem to forget this. They started to put those attachments/buttons on my lower teeth. I had to stop them to ask them what they were doing. They never explained anything to me about attachments on my teeth. After they put them on, I found out that they are on the outside of my teeth and they are on my front teeth.I am a professional musician. The attachments are in the way of my embouchure when I play my instrument, so I needed to have them removed ASAP. Their office is closed for the next 4 days, so I had to have my dentist remove them. These attachments were NEVER discussed at any of my consultations. After doing a little research on the Internet, I found out that these attachments can be placed in the back of the mouth and I found out that not everyone has to have them. BTW.....I didn't do a lot of research online before I got the Invisaligns because this practice told me that I wouldn't be getting Invisaligns. I would be getting a different brand name.I can not recommend this orthodontic practice

This has to be the Disney World version of an orthodontic office. Today was our first visit but the moment we stepped in, we knew we were in the right place. They beautiful office had an adorable sign on the front desk that welcomed my son and the other newbies. The woman at the front desk was friendly and gave us a quick rundown of what we should expect during the visit. I didn’t have to fill out any forms in the office because I was emailed a link to the easy-to-use e-documents a few weeks before. While we waited briefly, there was a fun brain teaser to keep it my little one occupied, and the office was offering up tickets to Six Flags if you answered them correctly and was chosen. Everyone continued to be friendly and helpful as we took pics and X-rays, and prepared to meet with the doctor. I love that Dr. Polivka interacted with my son as we talked through plans. He provided detailed info, made us laugh, and prepared us for our next visit. My little guy walked out with a popsicle and cool new jibbitz with their logo. Is it weird to say that we’re excited to come back in 6 months lol? Three words. Make. An. Appointment.

Always professional and efficient. They have taken all necessary precautions to make us feel safe during this pandemic.They treat my son with the utmost respect by discussing his progress with him and then updating me.They keep their word on pricing, which makes it extremely easy to budget.Everyone that we have worked with has been wonderful.
