Westgate Implant and Oral Surgery Center

Big waste of time and money. I have several medical conditions that allow me to bill some dental work to my private health insurance provider. Westgate lead us to believe that they where competent and capable enough to do this, but that turned out to be a lie. After seeing the doctor, they say they only accept dental insurance and act ignorant. Not only this, but the dentist was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. They will say anything to get you in the door so they can bill you at least once.

Definitely recommend. They were able to get me in for an emergence molar extraction which required surgery. Staff was welcoming and figured out an insurance glitch.Dr. Jamali was friendly and quick. I was in the chair for less than 20 minutes. When I asked about an implant to replace it, he told me not to waste the money unless it was important to me and explained that the tooth has little function.

The oral surgeon there is great! First of all, he’s very nice in every way. He puts you at ease as he accomplishes the work that needs to be done. I’m a return patient, but today was as especially good experience. The office staff verified my dental insurance and charged me accordingly (last time didn’t go smoothly). The receptionist was quite pleasant. The doctor’s assistant was really nice and helpful. I believe his name was Raoul. The last time that I was seen, the middle aged female assistant nearly made me cry. I’m happy that she no longer works there. I travel a long distance to Westgate, but I have been pleased with the care. Thank you for your kindness and care.

From the beginning to the end was perfect. Front desk worked to resolve covered insurance issue. My Dr. and his assistant/technician were amazing they made me feel comfortable and a part of the process. I had three extractions it took all of twenty minutes. My Dr. Talked me through the procedure. I would highly recommend Westgate Implant and Oral Surgery.

I had a wisdom tooth coming in that was bothering me. The extraction was quick and easy. I was adequately numb and because I have a small mouth, the doctor was able just adjust the position on the chair.I am terrified of the dentist! And this was probably the easiest experience for me because the team was so efficient.Thank you!

i love this place so much. the surgeon is so great and took my wisdom teeth out with ease. i felt nothing and he made me feel comfortable the entire time. i am so thankful that i chose to come here to do this, he even provided me a prescription for my horrible canker sores that haven't gone away for weeks. loved everything about my experience, i was literally in and out both times i went!

My experience was really positive at Westgate Dental. Dr. Jason Jamili was engaging prior to and during my extraction. He's very personable, efficient and fast. I was at ease because Dr. Jamil and his staff were all on point in every aspect of my procedure from the reception to the dental assistant. I would highly recommend Dr. Jamil and the Westgate Dental Team.

Two years ago my daughter needed four teeth extracted before her Orthodontist could continue with her braces. The Staff at Westgate was wonderful, from explaining my portion of the payment to making my daughter comfortable and understanding her fears on having to experience the procedure. Dr.. Jamali was so patient with her, she only remembers her conversation with Dr. Jamali on expresso machines and that's it, it was all over. I am grateful for their patience and kindness with my daughter.Fast forward to July 2023. after the extractions and braces, to a beautiful smile. My daughter has all four back wisdom teeth coming in and there is no room, which means they need to be removed. There was no question, we went back to Westgate.Dr. Jamali and his staff came through again. Great Job!, I always recommend Westgate to anyone who tells me they need a Oral Surgery.

The doctor and staff are all professional, prompt and truly care about their patients. I appreciate you working with my daughter’s college schedule as she traveled from Tennessee. Lindsay, and The Staff here in Oak Park, Illinois are So Friendly, So Helpful, and So Pleasant to talk with! They are Super Clean here! My wait was not long at All! Dr. Jason Jamali is Very Friendly, and Pleasant to talk with! Dr. Jason Jamali is Very thorough, and Gentle, with Your Examination, and Very Informative! Even the Dental Assistant that took care of Me before is saw Dr. Jason Jamali was Very Nice! Parking is Wonderful, with a Parking Garage right across the Street!
