It took me many months to even make this appt. with Dr. Singh. I was extremely nervous about how bad my teeth were. While U wait for him they have U watch a short video about what made him decide on his profession. He shared a touching story about his Grandma who retreated from society & family due to her teeth. That's why he wanted to help other people who had similar dental issues as his Grandma....... He's personable, has a great educational background & felt like a miracle worker........However, once my plan had been discussed I was sent to talk finances & payment plans with the Financial Lady. I did not qualify for financial help & she immediately stood up. I asked what was next & she said: " I could come back when I had $29,000 and left the room." I couldn't believe what just happened. I couldn't get any type of treatment unless I had $29,000 which was only half the money. She didn't even try to find any possible options to try to help me. I cried as I left that office.......even after watching Dr. Singh's heart felt video about helping people who needed help like his own Grandmother, it felt extremely hypocritical. His " Practice" would only help people if they qualified for financial aid or had $49,000. I don't know what happened with my insurance because I'm a senior citizen with Medicare & Medicaid & United Health Care. I have the best health care plan due to my several health issues; I will find out what happened, however I will Never Forget how horrible that Financial Lady made me feel. I really hope this gets published because no matter how much money U make, Nobody or No "Health Practice" should make anyone feel like they are " Worthless & not worthy to even try to get them help, even from a less expensive Dental Practice." I'm rating this recent experience. His reception girls are the greatness along with his hygienists. To me they are his greatest assets.Now about Dr. Singh, he's a doctor. You'll have to judge his bedside manner for yourself. He knows his stuff. Someone mentioned cost. He's right there with the rest of them.His finance girl needs a personality. Don't mistakenly bounce a check, by grabbing the wrong checkbook. she won't talk or acknowledge you ever again.Now If you really want the closest thing to real teeth and you have the money. Look for the guy who does "All on 12" , they are permanent, they use your own gums and nothing gets under them. It's probably way more expensive. So it's what can afford. Unless you go to Mexico, they do it for half price or India does it for a 1/4 of the price as American doctors.

Dr. Singh has a very caring staff. Although there is something special about the way Samantha and Valerie treat you both on the phone and/or upon your arrival. They greet you by name, ask how you are and/or tell you not to worry about the accident in your mouth, that all will be okay. I’ve had the chance to see them treat all patients in the same way. It’s not fake, it’s not taught, it’s just that human touch that makes a big difference and sadly it’s rare these days.

It's either all or nothing with this place. As soon as I said in the chair the assistant told me sit my partial down so that the dentist can see it. He walked in a room glanced in my mouth and start calling off numbers. It didn't matter that I still had good teeth in my mouth. It's either all or I can't help you. I never got a thorough exam. He walked in the room and start saying stuff like, you want to get rid of that parcel don't you. It's either all your teeth or we can't help your hair. As far as the TV commercial saying that he can do implants a lot cheaper than those other guys. His prices are just the same, or even a little bit higher.

Typical cleaning and check until had to take X-rays of two different areas. One area okay but second is a cavity in development. On side adiacent to implanted tooth and on front tooth which does not leave a lot of room to work .with. Waiting estimate on plan to correctCleaning and polishing a disappointment. Floss still piled tight in to gums and mint polish replace with fruit flavors. For me not as refreshing afterwards.

Dr. Singh and his office staff are unprofessional and rude. They do not stand behind what they promise. Denture (prosthesis) fell apart multiple times starting at 3 months of being installed. They charge the same amount as any other dental office. I am now paying AGAIN to have the denture (prosthesis) replaced at a nationwide dental provider. Total Scam

My dad is having terrible jaw pain. Talking to Dr. Singh, he recommended removing the damaged teeth and replacing with implants so he can chew properly. Linda sat with us and explained the charges on three different options from the most basic to a full set of new implanted teeth. Dr. Singh is the professional so we know he has been doing this for a long time and has the client's best interest in mind. We went home with all the information to discuss with my mom. They decided to move forward with the second option since all dad's front teeth are healthy, no reason to remove healthy teeth. We are excited to watch the transformation for my dad. He will soon be able to eat pain free!We will update after he is healed.Thank you Dr. Singh and your entire staff for taking the time and being so kind to my 80 year old dad.

I came to Dr. Singh because I've been unhappy with my smile for about 17 years now. I never liked to smile due to the discoloration of my teeth or the fact that my teeth kept breaking and chipping. I've spent a lot of time in the dental chair over the years, not to mention all the money I've spent and I still felt the need to hide my smile. Dr. Singh came highly recommended from a friend of mine and the minute I walked in the office, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Singh and his entire team were more than accommodating and he explained to me that he could offer me a cost effective solution to all of my dental troubles. Really put my mind at ease! In one appointment, I walked out with a brand new, healthy, white smile! I can't thank Dr. Singh enough!

The staff here was amazing ! It is hard to find a good dental office that you know has your best interest in mind. The doctor was very patient and knowledgeable on everything I needed and had asked.I would highly recommend going here if you want excellent service 👍 !

I have alway been afraid of the dentist most of my life. I did find one dentist in Tucson that I liked, but since moving back to Chicago, I haven’t been able to find a doctor that didn’t make me feel horrible about my teeth. After getting a quote from a chain implant facility for over $60,000, I found Dr. Singh’s office and booked my free consultation. I have never been soooo happy that I found his office. The front staff is super nice and helpful, the doctor was very professional and personable also. I also felt way more comfortable getting my procedure done with Dr. Singh because he has way more experience doing full mouth implants on clients in my age group. When I went to the other clinic, they told me I would be one of their youngest patients. I had “all in 4” implants done in November of 2021 and so glad I did it. My new teeth look so natural, you wouldn’t be able to tell they are implants, unless I told people they are. When I was having the surgery, they made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and when I went for my recheck 2 days after the procedure, you could barely tell I had any work done in my mouth (no bruising and my swelling was very minimal). It has almost been a year since my implants were done and I do not regret having the procedure done. It was the best decision of my life and I recommend Dr. Singh to anyone who looking to have a beautiful smile!!
