I am very grateful because all the staff has been attentive to me, I even had my pregnancy in the treatment and they always respected any decision, the doctor is always aware of us as patients and especially with ELOISA I am even more grateful since I have never had any problems in the installation and updating of my braces! Definitely always ask for her to take care of you because it's the best deal you can receive!

We have had a very good experience at the Oakland Edgewater office. The staff is great and answer all my kid’s questions about her care.My favorite is Nora in the office. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Nora has helped us with any issues we’ve had with patience and care. I always look forward to getting to talk to her. She is a huge reason we will be back for braces for the next kid.

Been having payment issues with them for the past several months unfortunately and haven’t been notified about the incorrect information that they had on file for my account. I’m pretty disappointed and frustrated that this has been an ongoing issue. Not sure if there’s a manager to report this to but plan to make a complaint if this continues. Other than that my orthodontist is very nice and I appreciate his service. I like the results that I’m seeing

After a year and half of Invisalign treatment I can smile big and with confidence. Dr. Simontacchi is the best !!!! They staff amazing!!! Special thanks to Eloisa and Laura, these ladies always patient with me and answered my silly questions. I’m so happy with my smile 😃

I had such a an amazing experience at my consult today! I’m starting Invisalign here and every staff member that assisted me today was kind & gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself!4 Month Update:I started my Invisalign in July & I just had my first appointment to check on my progress. Everything is going well with my treatment. I’m fortunate that my Invisalign isn’t hurting me very much at all. There is some discomfort on the first day on a new aligner but it goes away quickly. Today I was cleared to change my aligners every 7 days. I’ll post an update when I get to the end of my treatment!Near End of Treatment UpdateI am nearly finished with my treatment. My teeth look amazing, I get compliments on my smile often. I had more aligners than a few people I know who’ve gotten Invisalign & I think the subtle movements are they reason that I didn’t experience a lot of pain. I have an appointment later this month (September 2023) & I’m pretty sure that my attachments will be removed & I’ll be given instructions on how often I should be wearing my retainer to maintain my results. I feel like this time has flown by so quickly. Very happy with my decision! Next update will be post final appointment.

I could say this was great experience but not at all,my son waited months for each treatment,I struggled way to much to get an appointment for them to put his wires back after a surgery which took about4- 6 weeks healing, he had,and when I finally got one he came back positive from Covid-19 then we had to wait the 30 days to reschedule, during that time I called the office and they said Omar is your case manager I’m gonna transfer you! He didn’t answer,called again and again ,they keep sayin he is the one who schedule the appointment for his needs so for the next 4-6 I called and text several times to the case manager he never responded,I called again to the office and surprise for me!!! The case manager Omar no longer working there anymore! today I got a call saying they didn’t schedule him anymore because it was payments issues so from all this times calling them no one said something about the payments, everything came up after me calling them and asking for an appointment to remove the braces because what’s the point if in almost 8 months he hasn’t been able to get the wires back which is priority for his treatment ,the funny thing is under the same card information I have other 7 automatic payments and no problem with it, even more silly no one told me they didn’t got the payment ,my mistake trust on them, gotta say the staff when they work on his braces were very nice tho. Case managers gotta have more communication and not just been ready for the $$$ only.

My daughter and I came here because she’s been needing braces for a couple of years now. It was really pleasant talking to Gabriela. She was very helpful and informative. She gave us the break down of the price. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable nor did she beat around the bush. I’ve already recommended two other people and that if they want , they can reach out to Gabriela to get a consultation. We were so pleased that my daughter got to get her braces on same day. Only down side was it did take quite some time to get seen. They did reassured us and apologized for the wait. Other than that we will return with my other child as a patient. Thank you Gabriela!
