You have handled Haley’s dental care during chemo treatments with the most incredible diligence and care. She lights up when she sees the team wearing orange for her each time. It’s truly a family there at Bentancur. XO. I cannot thank you enough for how special you make Haley feel and how you go the extra mile…willing to consult with her medical team to make sure she has beautiful teeth after Chemo and to protect her. When our daughter got Cancer with braces on, we didn’t think about the braces being a problem but you stepped in when the medical team suggested they be removed to make things easier. Thank you for your patience and kindness always.

Yay 😁 a year and 4 months later his braces are off!A lot of people asked why braces so young? Which made me doubt my decision. But after consulting with Dr. Luisa Betancur Orthodontics and her staff I asked God to enlighten me. I decided to put Aaron’s treatment on her hands and her staff with faith that the outcome would be good. From day one that we walked in and Amanda Brown whom I’ve know for years greeted us I felt good. After series of pictures and X-rays taken, Dr. Luisa Betancur (who is one of oldest son’s good friend sister) sat with me and Aaron and explained the pros and cons of getting braces early made me feel comfortable with the decision I took. Now almost a year and half later we are extremely happy with the outcome. Aaron is super excited 😁😄. Now is just a matter of routine follow ups with them and praying it all stays in course.A HUGE Thank you to Dr. Luisa Betancur and her amazing staff 🤩👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. My daughter started going here December 2022 and they continue to impress us. They were great getting her scheduled as a new patient, on the first appt there was a colorful, lighted sign saying “welcome” and had each new patients first name, and they asked if we needed a school note. They are very on task and everyone looks happy there. Very happy we found them and can’t wait to see my daughters teeth after braces!!

Both my son and I received treatment from the incredible team at Betancur Orthodontics. Of course I’m thrilled with the outcome of my treatment, but the staff made the whole process incredibly easy. With two locations, I was always able to book appointments that fit into our schedule and we’re not intrusive to work or school. The staff is upbeat, smiling, and the environment is bright and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Betancur for both elementary aged children and adults alike. Thank you, Dr. Betancur!

I had nothing short of a wonderful experience with Betancur Ortho. Dr. Betancur and staff took amazing care of me with scheduling out of state and making sure I was hitting my milestones after a double jaw surgery last July. Dr. Betancur handled pre-op & post-op care for a couple years. I was able to achieve a bite and smile that I never thought was possible. I would sincerely recommend this practice to any patient type. When looking for orthodontic care, my husband wanted our boys to do invisaligners, based on his own experience with both traditional braces and invisaligners. Dr. Betancur’s office offered invisaligners for youth so we went in for a consultation. Dr. Betancur and staff were warm and inviting and the cost was comparable to traditional braces. Our visits were also less frequent than traditional braces, which was great for their school and our work schedules. Every appointment was prompt and Dr. Betancur was always present and personable. She is excellent at remembering all her patients and families. Both boys are now done and in night time retainers. Overall, it was a top notch experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care.

From the moment I entered Betancur Orthodontics I felt at home. The staff was professional and welcoming. I have been going now for about a year and every single time I go, I am impressed. Not one time have I encountered anyone with a bad attitude and that is huge in todays society. All the girls seem to always be on the same page with the doctor including the front desk staff. I can not say enough good things about everyone at Betancur. I am truly blessed that I was referred to them!

Comfortable, friendly, and great customer service is all I need for a perfect place to get my teeth checked, it feels great not to have braces after 2 years but sad to know I won’t be coming to this place as frequent as usual. I’m glad this is where I got my braces not only is good quality from doctors, nurses, and receptionist in this place you also have the great environment where it feels like home.

I've been coming here for my invisalign treatment for over a year. The staff here is amazing (Jenn included) and make sure you are taken care of well. Dr. Betancur is also very good at what she does. Unlike many places, the wait is minimal, if at all. If you are on time they are on time and that is rare. If you need orthodontic treatment, this is the place to go in Ocala.
