Classic Smiles

After a disastrous appointment at a corporate owned office, I went to Classic Smiles for cleaning and second opinion. They were amazing. Not only did they confirm my suspicions of previous dental office being scammers (and I did not tell them about it to see what their unbiased exam would be), they were gentle, friendly and very professional. I have found my Florida dentist!

I suffer from extreme “dental anxiety” due to a number of bad experiences in my past. Due to this, it’s been years since I’ve done any major treatment. Classic Smiles turned things around for me! The team at Classic Smiles was so accommodating and patient. They have completely changed my perspective on professionals in dentistry. Not only did they take exceptional care of my oral health during the procedure, they made my mental health a priority as well. I am so thankful I was able to find a dental team I can trust. Next time I’m bringing them cupcakes!

Everyone was really nice and accommodating as soon as I entered the building. They all tolerated my overall demeanor and were super helpful when it came to questions. The tech helping me was super sweet and completely ignored my audible flatulence when I got really nervous sitting in the dental chair. I would highly reccomended this dentist as they are very detail oriented and it is something that is crucial to the dental industry.

I made my first visit to Classic Smiles today, it won’t be my last! Never have I been made to feel so comfortable or informed about a dental office in my life! The staff were ALL, friendly , kind and helpful. A beautifully clean environment. I even had a tour! They found my source of pain, gave me options and explainations, cost was surprisingly acceptable and affordable.

I have the upmost trust and confidence in Dr. Susanne Baaqee!! When our family moved to another state, we could not find the same level of care. Upon deciding to move back to Central Florida, Dr. Baaqee was one of our first calls!!! Thank God that she has groomed a highly capable staff that performs at her level of excellence!!!M. J.

My husband, children and I have been going to this practice for about 3 years and there is a reason. The staff is amazing and feel like family ! I’ve created rapport with almost everyone there and it continues to build. My kids LOVE going for their appointments and that says a lot in itself. Anytime someone asks me for a great dentist, I ALWAYS recommend Classic Smiles. They’re my favorite ☺️

If I could leave 6 stars i would. Every member of the Classic Smiles team is friendly and professional. All services are rendered with care and efficiency. Let's face it, very few of us really enjoy a trip to the dentist, but their attention to the comfort and well-being of the patient makes it a very pleasant experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLASSIC SMILES.

Today was my first visit and from the initial call, immediate assistance with a last minute appointment and consultation with Dr. Mikal I found my place. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. As scary as I am the dentist assistant answered every question and prepared me for meeting Dr. Mikal. I’m so happy for the referral and looking forward to my new journey with my new dental family and my new Classic Smile🙂

I wanted to pause and write this review to acknowledge Andreas with this practice! He came across as confident & highly skilled when working w/ me on my crown today… but what made him stand out the most was his kind, calm, and professional bedside manner. He kept me informed w/ each step, checked in on me intermittently, and w/ his gentle, caring demeanor, he made me “feel” taken care as a “human being” first, before being seen as a “patient.” It made the lengthy process more manageable because of these, often overlooked, human touches & interactions that he wove in — and so naturally too, like a dance. As patients in a dental chair, professionals can easily focus on the mechanics and forget the vulnerability of a patient (not to mention, it can be anxiety-provoking for many patients as well). So…. especially in these busy times, excellent bedside manner/customer service like this gentleman’s should be acknowledged & praised so we can reinforce it. Andreas could teach a masterclass on this in case anyone is interested. Take care of that one…he’s a gem. He deserves a raise! Truly among the best and there aren’t enough stars!
