Smiles of Ocoee

This is the very best dentist office that I have ever been to. I can’t emphasize how much I love working with this office. Everyone is just so nice and friendly. From the moment we walked in to the moment the doctor saw us, every step was a great experience. I usually dread going to dentist but now I look forward to seeing them. I would definitely recommend this office. I give them a thousand stars. Once you try them you will never want to go anywhere else. I promise.

Niya and dr Freddy were so amazing at calming my anxiety with a small procedure I needed to have done. This was my second opinion on a crown that was advise dr was more conservative and listened to my concerns and together we opted for a less invasive approach! It’s really hard to find a dr whom isn’t trying to upsell and diagnose based on their bottom line! So happy I was able to get in here same day! As I was so nervous. Very friendly staff, from the receptionist, doctors and medical assistants. High professional standards and they make you feel welcome. The staff remember you by name. Now that’s hospitality. During our visit at Smiles of Ocoee the front desk greeted us with much courtesy. I chose this office in hopes that my daughter with Special needs can be able to comfortably do the assessments that are required for dental hygiene results. Upon being there, Dr. Freddy and his assistant Natasha were so patient with my daughter and showed much compassion for her well being. Although my daughter was unable to complete the assessments, Dr. Freddy did a visual exam and referred me to an office that will be able to take care of my daughter dental concerns. I am overly grateful that I came to Smiles of Ocoee. We have been to numerous dental offices that wouldn't direct me to a place where my daughter can get the treatments she needs. Thank you all for your time and patience with my daughter!

Ive been going to them for about roughly 5 months now and I absolutely love this Dentist! Everyone in the office from the Doctors, techs, office staff are all helpful and caring, they make you feel completely comfortable. Before coming here I was self conscious about finding an office that I wouldn't feel uncomfortable about everything I need done. At my first appointment they made me feel so comfortable. I'm moving a little ways away but I will still be going to them for good I can't say enough great things about the whole office.
