Wow! What a difference. Went for a second opinion, staying forever. Superb cleanliness, newer X-ray equipment, kinder staff, organized process & they DON’T believe in the use of a papoose board to strap down & traumatize your toddler. That was the biggest one. Best most qualified dentist in the area, I’ll save you the research. Go here!

My daughter has had a lot of anxiety before at the Dentist. Thankfully we finally found somewhere that she feels comfortable. She specifically said that she enjoys going because they take the time to explain what they are going to do before actually doing the procedure. That it helps ease her mind having any type of procedure done. Thank you!

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST pediatric dentist EVER! I have a special needs son who is Autistic/ADHD. I feel like all of us Autistic families can relate that sometimes new changes can be a big challenge. This was our first time ever going to the dentist and I just want to give props to the ABSOLUTE BEST of THE BEST dental assistant, the hygienist, and the dentist-THE MAN Dr. Gonzalez.💯 This facility is what pediatric heaven dentistry’s look like! 😁 Such a BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN place. My son did so AMAZING and deep down my heart was bursting with joy of how wonderful he did!❤️ They talked step by step to my child to let him know exactly what they were doing and what the tools do. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND to ALL the special needs families this is the place to go.

We saw Dr. Gonzalez for the first time today. From the moment we walked in the door, we were amazed at how well thought-out this facility is! So clean, kid friendly, and everyone on staff was super friendly! Our hygienist and Dr. Gonzalez were both well informed and willing to answer all of my questions. My son loved the game at the end of his visit and cannot wait to go back! Why didn’t we try Big Smiles Ranch sooner?!

The best dentist in the Permian Basin! My child had a traumatic experience at a different dental office years ago and has some dental anxiety. Dr. Edwards and the entire staff @ big smiles ranch have eased his tension, and we had the most outstanding sedation procedure completed. My son is no longer fearful of the dentist and enjoys going. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Edwards practice, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The best pediatric dentist in odessa. I have tried multiple and there's no comparison. Their staff actually takes time and shows you attention rather than just rush you because they're overloaded with people. The dentist was great. Very patient, kind, responsive, just made you feel heard. They do the treatment needed and nothing more.. no surprise changein treatment last minute.Will recommend to anyone because they really are amazing. My son loves going. If you can give a 3 year old a shot with him very calm you have to be doing something rite.

My son had to have a device applied to the roof of his mouth to help make him stop sucking his thumb. Said device was held in place with cement attached to the inside of his teeth, much like with braces. We paid a hefty fee up front (wasn't covered by insurance) and were told that would cover the device, application/fitting to his mouth, progress check, and removal. When it came loose and was totally unattached on one side after a couple weeks we obviously had to go back to the office to secure it. They fit us in between other kids because we didn't have an appointment and it stayed secured until removal a few months later. Come to find out, they had charged us for a full exam for reattaching the device. This put us over the yearly limit with our insurance for exams after going back for normal dental checkups later on. This led to exams not being covered and additional charges expected to come out of pocket. If you lose a wheel after getting new tires, do you expect the tire shop to fix their mistake free of charge? Calls to the office to discuss the matter have proven unhelpful. Other than that we have had no problems.

All of the staff is super friendly and makes going to the dentist such an enjoyable experience for both the kids and parents! Our last previous visit was in the summer, and on our visit today they made sure to ask how summer camp was for the kids! It’s cool they take the time to make notes so each visit is personalized. They make the kids feel valued and special.

These folks have Kids dentistry down to a science! With a spacious, brand new office. All the kids friendly accommodations you could imagine. Dr. Edwards has a very warm, kid friendly bed side manner. We just love him and all of his wonderful staff!! Thank you for bringing state of the art dental care to west Texas for our kids!!! A++++

Big Smiles Ranch is the best pediatric office around. Dr. Edwards is hands down the best pediatric dentist! He is patient, kind, and caring with his patients.The front desk ladies are awesome. Always available to help and answer questions.The hygienist and other medical staff are great with kids as well. All around a great place to take your kids for all dental needs.
