Family Orthodontics at KidZdent

My daughter has been going to KidZdent for years. Excellent service from front desk check in to dental service to check out. It was a natural progression to their orthodontics service. We have had the same wonderful service experience at family orthodontics. Check in was seamless and friendly, the orthodontics and assistants are knowledgeable and friendly. We received a report about what was needed and how long braces were for. After her last baby tooth came out was confirmed, we set a date for brackets and a folder of different payment options we could choose from.

Nice staff but they use every way possible to charge you with unnecessary procedures, just pay attention to their dental recommendations for your kids and don't blindly take it with trust.But generally, they do a good job maintaining the place and the nice staff.

My daughter had a consultation with the orthodontics yesterday with different plans of payment, what the insurance will cover and how we can afford it. Wonderful service and great doctors. Today she had the same great service with her cleaning and dentist. 3 cavities and have 2 appointments for them to get them filled. Fantastic service and great staff. Highly reccomend

Always a great experience with each visit for my son. The staff is always prompt, patient, and thorough. While they have had to replace wires and brackets on my son's braces multiple times, they contine to encourage my son to monitor his foods which can cause damage to his braces. I appreciate their professionalism and care provided to my son. Highly recommend them to friends and family with kids.

All I have to say is that the whole team is wonderful. The reception desk when you approach them they are very friendly, nice, patient, respectful, and very kind. I mean each one of the receptionist is very approachable and eager to help or whatever you ask if they are able to. The techs are very nice and friendly they have great bedside manners and so are the doctors. I don’t know if that’s how they treat everybody but that’s the reception I get each time I go there. The doctors are well informed and they explain things thoroughly. To make sure that you the patient understand what’s going on. Each experience that I’ve had with them has been pleasant.

The staff is incredible. They get you in and out quickly and most importantly they do a great job w dental and orthodontics. All three of my kids are in braces at the same time so I am there a lot, never a bad experience! 10/10. Also a special shout-out to Dr Kelly who literally told us everything we needed to know about my son possibly choosing a career in orthodontics!!!

Office staff is always friendly and caring. The facility is clean, organized and inviting. My boys have been going to KidZDent dentistry for years, and now we will be part of the Orthodontic family. Everything was explained well to us, in regards to finances and orthodontic care. They gave us 4 different payment options allowing us to pick the plan that was most convenient for us.

The staff went above and beyond! They made sure that my children were comfortable and that it was the best experience at the dentist. My son has severe gagging issues and they were so wonderful with him. They gave him tricks to use so he would be ok for the cleaning, xray and even at home with brushing and flossing. Great place with a great staff!

My daughter said that it was fun because she got to see pictures of her teeth. She felt comfortable just like when she goes to the dentist. I rated it four because there are no braces or anything yet. They did tell us that we need to wait at least 6 more months for her to get all her teeth so they can really see how the treatment will go.

I just wanted to take this time to acknowledge and compliment the absolute best staff, employees and dentists at Kidzdent in Old Bridge, especially ones in particular That have dealt with both me and my 5 year old son. Dr.Sodhi took care of my sons infected tooth and not only was she fast, efficient and safe with him, she also took her own time to talk to me and make me feel so comfortable with his procedure of extraction as a first time mom experience. Also the treatment coordinator, Sherrie who called and texted me with any and all info I asked for and answers to all my questions. By far the BEST dentistry office ive yet stepped foot in. Thank you to all the assistants, dentists and employees of Kidzdent!!
