NÜVA Smile Kids

We have loved The Little Teeth Workshop for over 7 years but will never be returning after their merger with Nuva Smile Kids! The Regional manager along with the rest of the staff we interacted with at our last visit were completely rude and unprofessional! What a shame - a practice that used to be courteous, patient driven, and enjoyable has turned into just another practice where every patient is just a number! Awful!!!!!!!!!

After 6 years of taking my children there, because I questioned their billing and requested to call my insurance , they refused to reschedule after I cleared the billing issue and wanted to pay.The manager Shivani was very rude, and dismissed my concerns.When I called to pay the bill they proceeded to tell me that I no longer had a bill because they took care of it.How can I no longer have a bill if that was the reason I left the office in the first place in order to clear the matter with my insurance company!?They kept putting me on hold when I questioned them and asked to speak to the manager.It was very unprofessional and rude and I’m very sad at the treatment.Just know that even after my children being patients for 6 years, one since he got his first baby tooth, and referring my colleagues and friends , they will refuse to give you service at their convenience !!!!Horrible!

My daughter was taken in at appointment time. Dental Hygienist was thorough and made my daughter feel comfortable. Doc Iyer came in checked her teeth, gave her some tips on how to do better and made her laugh. He made note to watch a specific tooth instead of jumping ahead right away and saying she needed a filling. I would definitely recommend.

I give two stars not because of the treatment but for the policies. I bring two kids to the practice and I was not aware that there is a 50.00 per child charge for missed visits or late cancelations. Sometimes things happen that is not within your control with your kids. I understand a charge but a 50.00 charge is OUTRAGEOUS. Charging a parent 100.00 for two kids is just robbery.

This dentist office was nothing but professional and accommodating. They literally had all 3 of my daughters done with in an hour of their visit. Listened to all of their concerns and addressed them personally which I am extremely grateful. They are amazing here and recommend them to everyone with children.Thank you Little Teeth workshop for your amazing hospitality and professionalism.Thank you

My 6yr old went for a cavity fill it was OK seem too pushy to administer my child with nitrous oxide oxygen gas they should talk to parent and try to see how the kid will tolerate the procedure first Luckily my child was mature enough to understand and did phenomenal. You would think in pediatrics a child would get a reward or goody bag for doing great SMH!! Took my kid to target to get her prize. Missing my old dentist :-(

This place is great if you can get into their office. Literally don’t know how I managed the one appointment I got for my daughter and even that was worse than pulling teeth. You call and call and a voicemail comes on asking you to text the same line and they never respond and the cycle continues. I have a 5 year old little girl with problems we can’t address.

Not bad for exams, but don't expect to be able to get in touch with them if your kid has a dental emergency. I'm switching dentists for this reason.Edit to reply to the offices reponse: Yes, you did call me back, at 10:30 am, approximately 5 minutes after I left this review. I had tried to call multiple times yesterday afternoon around 4pm, and multiple times from 9 - 10 am this morning. Unfortunately, my sons situation could not wait for an unknown response time and I had to find another dentist who was answering their phone during operating hours.

I relocated to this area about 2 years ago, googled and searched for a dentist for my children, this place had great reviews so naturally I selected this dentist. My children’s father went to all the dental appts; due to my schedule. My first visit to this office with my children was 8/8/2022, it was clean and I was impressed about the office, the style, the way they have it set up perfectly for children.So I was surprised to find that with all these wonderful things the office had to offer, one of their employees is a thief and liar! I left my Tom Ford sunglasses in the waiting area on the chair, my family was the only people in the office, we were the last appts, once I realized i left them, not even 5mins later, they were gone!! No one bothered to do any real checking, I sent an email to their office no one called me the next day, I had to callthem, no one thought to check cameras, no one cared to, told them to cancel my appts can not do business with blatant liars or thieves! If u go here leave anything valuable in your car! Stealing from customers, people now are just terrible! Smdh

Wish I could give no stars.. made an appointment and was determined to get my two children seen before school starts one being two years old and having his first exam and cleaning.. I was very happy they had appointments available even though I had to leave work and take my son from daycare early. After arriving I was told they made a mistake and put my children’s name in the wrong column when making the appointment and only had time to see one child. Instead of accommodating me for the mistake they made and making the next patient wait a few minutes I was sent away. They are very unprofessional and I would never recommend or go back there.
