Winning Smiles - Orchard Park

This was our first visit, Very polite receptionist, waiting room was clean, took us back quickly... Dentist and Hygienist where very sweet, explained everything. My son and I are very happy with our decision to switch! Highly recommended! I had my first visit and I am a scaredy cat.... The hygienist and Doctor Sarah ARE AMAZING ❤️ I felt at ease, and very comfortable. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! The whole visit I was calm. She explained everything, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Highly Recommend!!! ❤️

My daughter goes to Winning Smiles for dental care and this past trip was her first experience having a cavity filled. Dr. Kathleen and her assistant Jackie, were phenomenal from start to finish. They took the time to explain the next steps and how she would feel during the procedure. As an overall experience, 10/10 as I couldn’t ask, as a parent, for anything better. Building trust in relationships is important and with this experience, we will continue to look to Winning Smiles for all of her dental care.

They are amazing here! My 1.5 year old son, who is terrible for me typically, was perfect for them! They made it fun for him and he LOVED his first experience getting his teeth cleaned and checked, he was talking about it for hours! He enjoyed his bag of toothbrush stuff and played with his balloon tied to a duck for hours and even the next day. I'm really happy with the experience as well and will be coming back!

I had major tooth pain in a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal. I needed to see a dentist immediately as the tooth was clearly infected and my entire right hand side of my face was swollen and I was in extreme pain. I was in between dentists due to a change in my insurance. I spoke with a kind and caring receptionist and Winning Smiles was able to see me within 36 hours of reaching out. My appointment was with Dr. Bethany. She was extremely empathetic and concerned about the pain I was experiencing and the swelling in my face. She informed me that the tooth would need to be extracted and how my root canal (not performed here) had become infected. She was very concerned about the infection and didn't want to extract the same day as she was worried that the tooth would not numb enough due to the infection. Although I was already on antibiotics (prescribed by going to the ER), she suggested that I return to the ER for an antibiotics IV and she also prescribed cortisone to reduce the severe swelling. Within 36 hours of meeting with her and following her advice, the swelling had reduced significantly, along with the pain. My tooth is scheduled for extraction in 10 days. Truth be told, I was actually able to see my (now former dentist) the day prior, but my experience with them was so terrible, I kept this appointment. I am so thankful that I did. Dr Ehlers is so patient and so kind. I wish I could remember the name of the assistant but she is the sweetest person on the planet. I have struggled to get any dental work done due to my anxiety and without any judgement they just work thro it and plan to make it happen for me. I cannot thank all of you enough. Shootout to Jamie from billing to because she dealt with a very weepy anxious me the other day and was also so kind about it.

We absolutely LOVE coming to Winning Smiles! We were referred to Winning Smiles by my boys’ pediatrician for my youngest sons lip and tongue tie revision when he was a newborn. We had such a marvelous experience with Dr. Foley that I knew I had to switch my oldest son over to Winning Smiles! Both of my boys have autism, and my oldest has anxiety as well. He LOVES going to the dentist and I don’t dread taking him to the dentist anymore! It’s a win-win!! The staff is always so friendly! I feel like you’re walking into Disneyland when entering Winning Smiles because EVERYONE is SO genuinely nice and ALWAYS smiling! I really feel like they care about each individual client! I refer everyone I know with small children to Winning Smiles! One of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made for my boys’! :-)—Emily Warda

I am so unbelievably happy with the time and patience they took with our 2 year old. Everyone was so nice. Her first experience at a dentist was wonderful!Update: have visited the dentist a few times now and still love everyone there. More importantly, my daughter loves them and has no fear of going to the dentist

Staff is always energetic and kind to my children. My kids get to select from choices and are informed of each procedure and the process before and during. The staff are gentle and patient with both of my kids while informing me and my husband areas to look for and what to expect at our next visit. We drive 2 hours to this office and I will continue to do so for the amazing service.

My daughters have always had a great experience here, and we rarely wait to be seen. My youngest went for her first appointment today at 2 years old, and she left saying, “The dentist was so much fun!” Kids usually get a balloon and little toy after. I tell my kids it’s because they take such good care of their teeth. I also go here for my cleanings, because it’s convenient to share the same dentist.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My daughter has severe anxiety about going to the dentist, so I thought that we would just meet the dentist and come back another day (hopefully). Because of the patience of Marcia, the dental hygienist, she was able to have her teeth cleaned! She even had a fluoride treatment. Can’t recommend enough!
