I really enjoyed my time with Thompson Orthodontics and am really sad to have my time end with them. Everyone in the office is great! From the front desk to the assistants that take care of you, they are just wonderful! I can't say enough nice things about them and Dr. Thompson. I was hesitant at first to go with them just because I was taught that you should shop around and not feel pressured to go with the first choice, kind of like buying a car, you want to get the best deal you can for the service or product you're purchasing. When I was in their office and they explained to me everything I needed to know about my braces (how long it would take, how much it would cost, how much my insurance would cost, etc.) I just felt I should go with them, and I don't regret it one bit. Thank you, Dr. Thompson, and everyone in the office! I hope he gives you all raises! haha

We love this business! Our youngest 2 girls went through having braces here and they are by far the best. We have never waited more than 5 minutes to get in and all of the employees including Dr. Thompson are so great with kids. They also help the local schools how they can which is why we came here in the first place. I highly recommend this Orthodontist!

I have had a wonderful experience with Thompson Orthodontics! Dr. Thompson has been very kind and caring with all of my daughters! He made their BEAUTIFUL smiles possible. Dr Thompson and his staff are fantastic. He has treated many members of my family, and took care of me exceptionally well. He made sure that things lined up the way I wanted them as opposed to simply focusing on the initial estimated timeframes and got me from a very misaligned jaw to a comfortable place. The attention to detail was phenomenal and got my teeth and jaw to where I wanted them, and for a very fair price. Strongly recommend him for everything orthodontic!

I was referred to Thompson by a couple of friends for my son’s braces. The experience for the last few years has been great! Dr T is super nice and so is the entire staff. It’s always a fun welcoming environment. They have summer parties and they offer beach bucks as an incentive for patients to earn rewards for their progress. Great place, definitely recommend!

Thompson Orthodontics is the orthodontist you are looking for. There's a good reason they are so popular. They have got Orthodontics down to a science. From the front desk to Doctor Thompson this place is full of professionals that know what they are doing, know how to take care of their patients, and know how to value your time. My little girl got her braces off today, and we have only had positive experiences.

Just got off the last childs braces today. So outside of retainer adjustments we won't be seeing Dr. T much anymore. We had a great experience with him and everyone at the office. They do a great job at making something that isn't much fun (getting on braces), a pleasant experience. The Beach Bucks and candy wall are especially well loved. We have recommended the office to our family and have continued to drive to Orem in spite of moving 45 minutes away. Keep up the good work!

We are big fans of Dr. T and all his staff. Dr. T is meticulous. You’ll have the best experience here. 3 of us in the Fam have had braces (phase 1 & 2).We wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else as we know we’re in great hands. The staff are so friendly and happy. They listen and make sure we’re comfortable.Dr. T also took care of my mom who was in braces. When her cancer came back, Dr. T went out of his way to help her through the pain of chemo with all the mouth sores. Unfortunately she passed before her treatment ended. Dr. T went to the funeral home to take her brackets off so she could be buried without braces. He has a special place in our hearts! You won’t regret choosing treatment here.

First appointment I had they wanted to switch my appointment 10 minutes before my appointment. Second appointment I didn’t have an appointment because 30 minutes before my appointment they called saying my trays were not there. That’s fine I understand things don’t arrive on time but it would have been nice to know at least a day before not 30 minutes before my appointment. Not the best impression so far.

I was referred to Thompson Orthodontics by my sister-in-law who had her 3 kids all go through here! My oldest daughter just now finished her braces and has the most PERFECT smile! Dr. T is so fun and made braces a much more fun experience than they normally are! The staff are all so friendly and were incredibly patient with our crazy schedule! The price was also very reasonable and they have great payment options also so you’re not bombarded all at once with a huge bill!Bonus - he does a super fun pool party every year at Lindon Pool with a DJ, giveaways and free snowcones haha.Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I’d highly recommend!
