My name is Yoli I just finished my braces treatment here and it was great and pleasant experience. All the staff members from the desk to the stations are very caring and friendly. Specially the Puerto Rican ladies that took care of me multiple times. And the Doctor too! They are very helpful with everything. I always felt very comfortable and happy with my appointments. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Everyone is so informative. Dr. Garcia is very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Garcia and her team have been extremely helpful every time I’ve come across an issue either with my retainer or needing a consultation for further orthodontic work. She even reviewed my previous orthodontic work and worked with me to figure out what my next options were. I was recommended to Dr. Garcia by some family members and she is the most wonderful orthodontist doctor! Her and her dental assistant team are so friendly and they really care about helping you perfect your teeth and smile. I was diagnosed with Class III malocclusion (underbite) that required double jaw surgery to correct. Dr. Garcia teamed up with my oral surgeon Dr. Alicea to help correct the alignment of my jaws along with straightening my teeth. They made the whole process very smooth, my recovery was fast and now I'm brace-free with no underbite. I'm so grateful for all the help from Dr. Garcia and her team! I highly recommend her, she will take great care of your teeth 😊

Dr.Ana Garcia and Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Visiting her office is always a pleasure. Dr. Garcia explains thoroughly your treatment plan and makes sure you do not leave with any questions unanswered. I had an emergency and she was quick to respond to my message personally. This is a high quality facility for those seeking the best Ortho care! Thank God for this place honestly, they love what they do and are actually affordable, not like other franchise-orthodontics(stay away!!!).My personal experience involves having orthodontic care and procedures done since the age of 5, I'm 22 now! I've been seeing Dr. Garcia for about 8 years now and Dr. Garcia and her amazing staff are non-judgmental and want to help right away! They make me feel welcomed and explain every step of the process. Dr. Garcia was able to multitask and deal with several patients at once and was extremely helpful and honest. You really just need to go and see for yourself, can't find one bad thing to say about these people. They even take great precautions to protect patients and workers from COVID-19, keeping everyone happy and safe.If you're from out of town or if you're a local with an emergency and happened to find my review...you will NOT find many places better than this for orthodontics. Prices are reasonable and you'll walk out feeling 10x better! Better than you did driving around Orlando and finding no help. They treat you more like family than a patient.Make that appointment now, completely worth it and you will NOT regret it :)

We are still waiting to have my daughter’s braces removed. We were given one date, only to take off work and school and be told that she would be fitted for an upcoming retainer instead at the actual appointment. One month later at her appointment after signing paperwork stating the process was completed and the braces would be removed she sat in the chair and we were told that a gap is now between the front teeth and she’s been extended another month. Either the new gap was a result of faulty work or plain negligence. This continually breaks my daughter’s heart (she’s literally had a pack of gum in her pocket the last two appointments because she was so excited to have them removed and to chew gum) Currently she also has brackets without any wires attached to them on her back teeth bewildering us. Highly disappointed and deeply regret choosing this ortho.
