Dr. Mercado and his office staff are amazing! I moved and I still drive 1 hr and 45 minutes to this office. I have tried a few local dentists and their fees were more than triple and the service was horrible. I’ve had tons of work done with Dr. Mercado and I have not one complaint. I absolutely love this place and will continue to drive out of my way!

I decided to give them a try by solely depending on their 5 star reviews which are all false! They seemed like smiley and friendly typical dentist office, but they have a very dark and shady medical practice when they started to take your money! They charged me in full amount of a tooth crown by charging my credit card in a full amount without charging me my insurance in net work rate. I was totally stunned because the lady at front desk did not disclose this to me when I gave her my credit card. After I realized they charge me a full amount which was over $3200 and I called them. The front desk lady told me that I signed a paper to agree with a full amount charge withdraw, and it was disgusting medical fraud and shady practice by them not disclosing it to me in details. After the surgery, the dentist did very poor job on my lower tooth crown and I have not able to chew any foods on that tooth. I went back to the office 3 times and the dentist were simply trying to shape that tooth to smaller size but he has never fixed anything. I still can not use the crown that they charged my for over $3200. The bad part is that they have never called me back to ask me what my new tooth crown is doing and how they can help me to refund my money. Instead they keep texting me to ask me to go back for tooth cleaning which I would never be going back to the worst dentist office in Orlando. Please save your money and time to find a skillful and honest dentist and office. They have collected a full list of fake reviews from Spanish people that how they got so many reviews. Because there is No Way for the dentist pool skills can earn that much business and plus the dentist is newly moved to Orlando from PR. Fake reviews and non-skilled dentist and stuffs! Beaware!

If you are looking for a dentist that truly cares, this is the place to go. Dr. Mercado and his team ensured the moment I arrived on multiple occasions that I was heard and taken care of. My treatment was explained in depth and I was always comfortable.I had dental crowns on multiple teeth and truly couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

I recently had five mercury amalgam fillings removed and replaced with composite fillings. It took 1.5 - 2 hours. Dr. Mercado did a great job and was patient with me when I was having issues figuring out the right size of the the oxygen mask thing at first. I felt almost no pain at all the whole time, even from the numbing shots. Although I couldn’t see the whole setup, since I was obviously lying down, they seemed to follow the SMART protocols. I had to do my own research about a detox regimen, because they didn’t give me charcoal capsules or any detoxing instructions at all. The only downside would be, I think they could have done a better job of explaining the details of the procedure, but I’d watched videos of it online and researched everything thoroughly before, so I didn’t need them to, personally. Compared with prices of other dentistries in numerous states, the price of this dentistry was exponentially lower. I would recommend it to someone looking to replace their mercury fillings.

Found my new dentist!This office took me in same day when I was having issues w constant headache and mouth pain. They filed down some fillings that weren’t quite done right. I haven’t had a headache since. I’m so thankful to find this office. The front desk girl is such a sweetheart, the dental hygienist was so gentle with my cleaning & xrays. I felt nothing! The dentist listens to my concerns and has great input on a plan to a healthy mouth. I will recommend this office to everyone I know. Thank you again guys!

I gonna be honest! I have my wisdom teeth form the bottom. I ran every dental office in Puerto Rico, then I moved to Massachusetts and everyone send me to the oral surgery. I moved to Florida and I went to 3 different dental office and as well everyone send me to a oral surgery. I finally met with Dr. Mercado. What amazing guy, he told me let’s gonna removed those wisdom teeth. I got my appointment the same day and 5 hours later u finally got no more those wisdom teeth that bother me a lot. I woke up today with minimal pain and the jobs was amazing that my face still the same. Every that I talked that got removed those saying how my face look the same. According to themSuppose to look different the first days.I find my Forever dental office here with Dr. Mercado.Lo mejor de todo, todo el personal muy amable y hablan español.The best cleaning in a long time.If I can give more stars I will do it.

I hate going to the dentist. I have good teeth, but I’m a big baby. However, I had a great experience at Natural Smiles. Everyone was nice, the dental hygienist was extremely gentle, I thought more than once he wasn’t even touching my teeth, and Dr. Mercado was also gentle, honest, and quick. No one likes to have their mouth wide open for longer than needed, and they seem to understand that at Natural Smiles of Orlando. I was surprised how quickly I was in and out. I will be back for my cleaning in 6 months.

Our family is very happy with Dr. Mercado and his team! I appreciate that I actually see and talk to the Dr ! Most dental offices you only see the dentist for 30 seconds after the technician has done everything! Twice Dr. Mercado has even done my cleanings! I always have a wonderful experience. Dr Mercado is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and takes his time to explain everything in a simple medical wording...exactly as stated on the practice mission "extended family". Recently I referred a patient for a Non Urgent consultation but it was bothering a little bit; I provided the patient the practice address by text message and surprisingly ended up seen Dr Mercado within 30 minutes...that's awesome!
