I have been going to see Dr. Rivera for about 2 months now and I have to say that I am very happy with the care I have received. Everyone in that office is extremely efficient and polite and super nice. A super clean office and every room that I have been in is comfortable. Dr. Rivera is a spectacular dentist. Very nice professional that explains everything that is being done to you and makes sure that you are feeling good and that you are not in pain. They make you feel at ease when you are sitting on the 'dreadful' chair. He definitely knows what he is doing and so different from dentists that I have met before. I have referred him already to many people and I will continue to go see him. I am very happy that I met them and put my "mouth in their hands".

Honest, upfront & genuine office. They make you feel comfortable & walk you through the entire process & make sure you understand before proceeding. Highly recommend 😊

Pure Smiles exceeded my expectation with the dental services offered to my mom. Dr. Rivera, the Hygienist and the entire staff make me feel completely comfortable with their respect and empathy with my mom. My mom feel confident with the entire staff. Charges are explained carefully before you accept any procedure. Definitely, I recommend this dental office. I am planning to transfer my dental care with them soon. Also they speak Spanish & English.

To anyone who wants to visit this Dentist BECAREFUL, BECAREFUL the appearance is totally fake. This Doctor charges upfront and does not provide the full services. He placed a temporary crown and never scheduled me to follow up with the permanent one, yet I was charged for a permanent. Dr. Rivera stated I had a credit of 400 dollars he said once the temporary crown falls we will use the 400 dollars to cover the permanent. I recently had another problem with another tooth, went back to see this provider on the basis of a credit being granted from the first encounter. He offered a credit of 400 dollars since the temporary crown was never replaced. Dr. Rivera stated that since I had use the temporary crown for two years he could not refund the full amount, but then he stated I could get a 300 dollars credit. Today 2/22/24 I spoke to Dr. Rivera and he refused to give me the (money) credit so that I could use it towards the additional repairs in a new Dental office. He said the credit wasn't going to be offered since he is not doing the procedure. This office has charge for services not rendered, a few months ago my Mother had a so called cleaning at this office. Fluoride was not applied to the cleaning but they wanted to charge for fluoride when I stated fluoride was not applied the Doctors daughter went back to ask the hygienist to verify if what I was stating wasn't true!? This dental office is decietful. Beware, monitor your receipts and keep track of your charges or they will keep your money. Provide you with bogus information and explanations. I will report this to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as well as the DENTAL BAR COMMISIONER / State Dental Boards. I have in writing Dr. Rivera's statement of 300 dollar credit, which I will be forwarding to the B.B.B along with any associated department such as my insurance.

The service here is EXCELLENT!! I brought my mom to the office since she needed a cleaning and we spoke with Tamara. She was extremely nice and professional and made the process really easy. Unfortunately due to something with our insurance we weren’t able to schedule with the doctor but I will definitely be scheduling for an appointment next year once we get ppo insurance since the environment was so welcoming.

Today I had a Tooth extraction. Dr. Rivera is excellent with offering options prior.All explanations from the staff was extremely informative, with kindness and finesse. Dr. Rivera was fabulous, gentle and this has been the first extraction that was the easiest I ever had.I will recommend Pure Smiles to everyone I know. This has been the best dental experience I have ever had. Thanks to all the staff, you are wonderful!

In my experience the dentist is the place I least like to go, but at Pure Smiles they treat you like part of the family. You feel comfortable and calm, especially when you receive good service and attention. The Dr. is very professional and explains clearly what you need. Everyone treats you and works with excellence. It's hard to find a place like this. Today I took my 7-year-old son and he came out super happy. My daughter has already been treated and the only thing missing is my wife who will be leaving soon. Thank you Dr. Rivera and staff, I recommend you 100%. Thank you for restoring my confidence in the dentist.
