Esthetic Smiles

I was there for a cleaning and that part of my experience was great! I was disapointed in the way the front office handled my insurance situation. They expected me to pay full price for a filling "because my insurance did not cover more than one filling in 2 years". I called my insurance to confirm and the insurance coordinator stated they were giving me the wrong copay for my plan which was 80% more than what my actual copay was. After the insurance coordinator called them, I came in to the office and the front office continued with their copay and hesitated to follow the insurance recommendations. What was more disappointing and unprofessional was how the front office handled it. One of the ladies made two inappropriate comments stating that she had to let the doctor know about this copay because "the doctors don't get paid this little" and after made another comment about me going back to school (per an earlier conversation with her) so it's ok for me to have this copay. I felt these comments were very unnecessary and degrading, unfortunately a bad experience in my books.

Truly the best experience I’ve ever had💕I’m a big chicken when it comes to any work being done in my mouth!!!! I got three silver fillings replaced.. TRUST ME NOT BECAUSE I WANTED TO😬But because I had leakage and was running the risk of fracturing my teeth due to grinding.. (Stressed anyone??)I created my own self inflicted pain from squeezing my hand waiting and anticipating some sort of pain or discomfort from the numbness!! I HAD NONE💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 It was over before I knew it!! I now have three brand new looking teeth with white fillings! Gorgeous if ya ask me😉Dr Abajian’s hands are lite as a feather.. Bed side manor is attentive & informative from years of experience! If your looking for a office that listens to your needs and has a soft touch this office is great.. From the first initial call to your in person consultation. Thank you Dr Abajian and special thanks to your amazing team🤗

Our cool thing to make better. What kind of stuff will be? good 😀. I would go what a place is fresh? Look very so wonderful qualify.. keep it look good handle when I get there. Try our next visit to a place. 🎄 I thought it would be generally to hoilday.. I tell you that I would be going on vacation next Wednesday.. I could be back on Nov 30.. how could I save my two teeth to allow to eat Thanksgiving 🍗🥧☺️ if I would be return to dentist and take my teeth out removal.. what if its make good day. I dont know happy hoilday

I receive consistently excellent care at Esthetic Smiles.Everybody in this Dental Office is nice and welcoming. They take care of you with a smile and make you feel very comfortable. No need to stress out over a Dental appointment. Highly recommend if anybody is looking for a new Dentist. Love my Dental Hygienist, Lizz. She does an amazing job getting rid of all my stains. Thank you for your great service.

I went in for a cavity treament on May 22, 2018. After four (4) days, I still can not chew food on the side my tooth was done for cavity by a dentist, Dr. Katon. Excruciating pain when I chew on.Dr. Abajian and assistants seem to be professional and patience.I hope that this is something can be corrected. I hope this will not happen to other patients. I am very disappointed with the performance of Dr. Katon.

The cleaning was excellent. The hygienist was careful and easy on the teeth. Thirty minutes after I left dental office, I got a call from the credit card company alert me to three charges posted to my credit card in this time frame (08 AM). I was able to verified that one charge was for the dental service and the other two was for online purchases. Unknown person/s buy online stuffs using my credit card info. Please recheck your credit card transactions. Hope your were not hacked, mine did.

I've been going to Dr. Abajian and staff at Esthetic Smiles for several years now. I've gotten incredibly good treatment from everyone there, from Dr. Abajian all the way to the receptionists. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. My dental work at times has been extensive, but at this point it is a few times a year for cleanings and I find I don't mind going to the dentist. Something I dreaded before finding Esthetic Smiles.

07/14/2015 For me, Dr. Abajian = Piece of mind.The Staff at Asthetic Smiles are extremely qualified and bend-over backwards to help you.I have followed Dr. Abajian from his office in Northridge, CA to Oxnard, CA.My teeth and I have been totally satisfied for approximately 20 years.Dr. Abajian is gentle and accurate. He is up on the latest in Dentistry and I always benefit by every procedure.As far as I am concerned, "Dr. Abajian is the best Dentist on Earth"!I AM REFERRING TO THE ENTIRE PLANET

I have been to many dentists in my time and I can honestly say Dr. Abajian is the best dentist I have ever been to. I have had multiple procedures, crowns and fillings and am extremely pleased. The staff is very efficient and friendly, as well. I would not go anywhere else.Do yourself a favor and see a true professional, Dr. Abajian.
