Smiles on Cypress Point

I've been coming here since Fall of 2021. I've had several cleanings and Invisalign done here. I absolutely love coming here. Dr Sarah Gibbs is by far the best dentist I have ever had. The whole staff always makes me feel so welcome when I come in. They don't try to sell me on things I don't actually need. They make sure I'm comfortable the entire time. My smile has never been so big and bright as it is now. Highly recommend.

Dr Gibbs is amazing! So caring and loving and so smart! She took care of my mom who is 92 with amazing patience. She diagnosed her problem and my mom left the office praising God! Esperanza, her hygienist was also very attentive, professional and caring. She was a ray of sunshine! Anyone who goes to this practice will be treated with kindness and respect.

My favorite place to make sure my teeth clean and taken care of. I chipped a front tooth on a Thursday got an appointment the following Monday and had it fixed. Dr.Beckton hasTHE BEST bedside manner and treats each client as VIP all staff at smiles is outstanding. Will continue to tell people I go here every compliment I get on my smile. Thank you Dr. Beckton and smiles staff.

Update after 1/23/24 visit:I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist who answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Dr G was great as well. The office was clean and all were nice. My only negative feedback is the stuff they used this time for my fluoride treatment, it was waxy and sticky. Please go back to the previous product you used at my last appointment.I saw Kristan and Dr Gibbs today and I was very impressed with their chair side manners. Both very informative and gentle. They follow all Covid recommendations and the office worker were very nice and knowledgeable.

I found a great new dentist in Palm Coast. Staff is friendly & welcoming. They are knowledgeable & helpful. They immediately put me at ease & answered all my questions. They were able to set me up with a treatment plan right away & get me started on a new smile. Office is conveniently located. I was seen promptly. I was able to get appointment easily & fast.I highly recommend this new dentist. Great place.

Unfortunately my daughter was not able to be seen due to insurance issues but I just want to say that both Amanda and Kerry went above and beyond in assisting me. They were very understanding and patient. Based on that alone I highly recommend their services bcz if the dentists and rest of the staff are anything close to as wonderful as they were, it has to be an amazing place. Thank you both again for the very patient and kind way that you handled our unique situation.

After going to 4 previous dental offices in less than a month, and ended up at the ER because of one of the dentists I had seen, I FINALLY FOUND A GREAT UNDERSTANDING DENTIST Dr Tedra BECKTON, she has understood right away the difficulties i have because of my lyme disease and my genetic disorder (EDS) and so she really customized her treatments to my needs (chemical sensitivity mainly), her hygienist HEIDI is great too and very professional, i had a deep cleaning, never had a cleaning done that way in my life, she really took her time to clean each tooth and Dr Beckton dental assistant Clarisse is great as well, professional, attentive, sweet, the only problem for me is that i don't drive and that office is 40 mins away from me, i wish they would move to Daytona ;) It is definitely worth it for me to go up to Palm Coast with transportation though, since i haven't find that kind of services near where i live. Arrived and found my appt had not been confirmed but they worked me in. Never felt like I was a bother. Hygienist and hygienist asst were super professional. Addressed all of my questions and concerns. Dr examination was comprehensive and explained in plain language. Best dentist experience ever! Thanks.BEST IN PALM COAST!

I absolutely loved my first visit today to Smiles on Cypress Point! The best dental experience i’ve EVER had. Everyone was super sweet and informative. I was walked through every step of the process and everything was explained in terms that were easy to understand. I was very pleased with my appointment. I’d never had such an in depth experience and I learned a lot! I don’t remember her position, but she took my xrays and such. I think her name was Shante. Super sweet and funny and helped me to relax as I was very anxious about my appointment. Heather, the hygienist, had a great sense of humor and kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Beckton was an absolute joy to speak with, also a great sense of humor, and a great listener. She was thorough with her explanations, which I loved. I did not feel rushed at all with the office having been closed by the end of my appointment. I love that she took her time with me. There are other staff members I did not mention because I don’t remember their names, but I give this place a 10/10. Everyone was personable and welcoming, and I can’t wait for my future visits!!
