I've been coming here since Fall of 2021. I've had several cleanings and Invisalign done here. I absolutely love coming here. Dr Sarah Gibbs is by far the best dentist I have ever had. The whole staff always makes me feel so welcome when I come in. They don't try to sell me on things I don't actually need. They make sure I'm comfortable the entire time. My smile has never been so big and bright as it is now. Highly recommend.

Dr Gibbs is amazing! So caring and loving and so smart! She took care of my mom who is 92 with amazing patience. She diagnosed her problem and my mom left the office praising God! Esperanza, her hygienist was also very attentive, professional and caring. She was a ray of sunshine! Anyone who goes to this practice will be treated with kindness and respect.

My husband Al made an appt 3 weeks ago for a checkup/dental clean. 2 days before the appt he got a confirmation email ...he took off work for this appt. When he got there, they informed him they gave his appt to someone else. Then they said the dental hygienist didn't come in that day. My husband no idea of this. That is no way to run a dental office. 😳 😔 No way will we ever go back there.

My favorite place to make sure my teeth clean and taken care of. I chipped a front tooth on a Thursday got an appointment the following Monday and had it fixed. Dr.Beckton hasTHE BEST bedside manner and treats each client as VIP all staff at smiles is outstanding. Will continue to tell people I go here every compliment I get on my smile. Thank you Dr. Beckton and smiles staff.

Very dissatisfied after realizing it was more about racking up billing. Sitting in the chair they have someone come in and have you sign for additional services. My wife who has radiation damage in her brain went for a cleaning The doctor didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with a cleaning procedure even though she had X-rays last February at another dentist. We will not be coming back here it’s not about your dental health here More about billing additional services

I’m so surprised by all the positive review’s here. They told me I needed a bunch of painful and expensive dental work that I would need several times a year for the rest of my life. Then also suggested I get braces. I go to another local place to get a second opinion and they told me my teeth looked great and didn’t need any work. Then talking with my neighbors found out… oh yeah it’s just a known thing that a lot of dentist lie about this stuff to make even more money.Oh also they spent the entire time taking X-rays that I had just got taken a year ago. So of course was charged hundreds out of pocket for that. All I wanted was a cleaning.

I found a great new dentist in Palm Coast. Staff is friendly & welcoming. They are knowledgeable & helpful. They immediately put me at ease & answered all my questions. They were able to set me up with a treatment plan right away & get me started on a new smile. Office is conveniently located. I was seen promptly. I was able to get appointment easily & fast.I highly recommend this new dentist. Great place.

Update after 1/23/24 visit:I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist who answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Dr G was great as well. The office was clean and all were nice. My only negative feedback is the stuff they used this time for my fluoride treatment, it was waxy and sticky. Please go back to the previous product you used at my last appointment.I saw Kristan and Dr Gibbs today and I was very impressed with their chair side manners. Both very informative and gentle. They follow all Covid recommendations and the office worker were very nice and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately my daughter was not able to be seen due to insurance issues but I just want to say that both Amanda and Kerry went above and beyond in assisting me. They were very understanding and patient. Based on that alone I highly recommend their services bcz if the dentists and rest of the staff are anything close to as wonderful as they were, it has to be an amazing place. Thank you both again for the very patient and kind way that you handled our unique situation.
