We've had a wonderful experience at Palo Alto Orthodontics! Their location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from our home and close to our 3rd grader’s school. The staff here are not only highly skilled but also exceptionally friendly and kind. They make each visit pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care.

Dr. Yoo and her team are nothing short than amazing! I took my daughter to two other Orthodontists before and the difference is colossal. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and her staff is super well trained. Her clinic is very modern and clean, very different from other ones around Palo Alto. The pitiful receptionist Christina wasted my time and stole all of my personal information and then hung up on me. She is completely ignoring my calls to delete all the information she collected. I'll be consulting a lawyer to see what I can do when a company steals all your information and refuses to delete it.If she has any resemblance to the doctor I'd say that these people have no idea what they're doing.
