We've had a wonderful experience at Palo Alto Orthodontics! Their location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from our home and close to our 3rd grader’s school. The staff here are not only highly skilled but also exceptionally friendly and kind. They make each visit pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care.

Dr. Yoo and her team are nothing short than amazing! I took my daughter to two other Orthodontists before and the difference is colossal. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and her staff is super well trained. Her clinic is very modern and clean, very different from other ones around Palo Alto. I strongly recommend Dr. Yoo and her team at Palo Alto Orthodontics for other parents with kids.

The pitiful receptionist Christina wasted my time and stole all of my personal information and then hung up on me. She is completely ignoring my calls to delete all the information she collected. I'll be consulting a lawyer to see what I can do when a company steals all your information and refuses to delete it.If she has any resemblance to the doctor I'd say that these people have no idea what they're doing.

i’ve had some horrible orthodontic experiences, one resulting in a correction surgery and a shredded soft palate. this left me with a horrible fear of anything in my mouth. all the staff here have such a gentle hand, and understood my fear after an explanation and eased my stress.also, a teen, i attend my appointments alone. the staff has always been supportive and treated me with the same respect as they would someone older.great work and kudos to every single person that works there 😊

Took off the attachments today and will be on retainers. Very happy with the result. What a good way to celebrate the Valentine’s day.Dr. Yoo is very nice and patient, and of course highly skilled. My case is no easy case, an adult with small jaw and crowded teeth. She listened to my concerns, and planned and adjusted my bite carefully along the way with the aim of aesthetics. The outcome is great.Her staff is professional and friendly. Handled each of my visits, all email correspondences, and billing questions and issues with care. Wonderful Invisalign provider. I strongly recommend PAO.

We had a great consultation with Dr. Yoo and her assistant Katrina! My son is 8 and has overcrowding is his lower teeth. Dr. Yoo recommended Invisalign, which I didn't think was a possibility at this young age (assumed wire braces were the only option). Katrina went through the process and cost in detail, and even got my son excited with stickers that he can use on his Invisalign. We are stoked to get this process started and prevent any unnecessary extractions in the future due to overcrowding!

I was never confident if going with an Invisalign treatment would help fix my smile much. The results I have has left me truly amazed! I have never loved my smile more than I do now, all thanks and credit goes to Dr. Jenny Yoo! She was so patient and knew exactly what she wanted for me from the start. She is lovely! I’m SO grateful to Dr. Yoo and her team for this lifelong present they have given me! ❤️

I am looking for a transfer; Christina asked me to send ALL those X-rays and photos, and came back with “she does not accept any transfers”. ??? She should have confirmed with the doctor first, and then ask me to send her my medical records through email. Very irresponsible and puts the unnecessary burden on other people/patients, which she can simply confirm with doctor on policy first.

Dr. Yoo is absolutely amazing! I can’t express enough how grateful we are for her service. Her team is incredible as well.Both my kids are being treated by her and both are complicated cases, my daughter is just about done with her treatment and the results are very satisfying!My son is beginning treatment and I wouldn’t want any other orthodontist treating him other than Dr. Yoo.We recently moved out of the area, and will continue to see Dr. Yoo, no doubt!Thank you Palo Alto Orthodontics!! I came to Palo Alto Orthodontics when I found out that my daughter had crowded teeth and there was no space for the adult teeth to come out or they were coming all out of place. Dr. Yoo and her team did an amazing job and my daughter ‘s teeth are now in perfect place and straight. Dr Yoo is amazing, very friendly and patient.
