We've had a wonderful experience at Palo Alto Orthodontics! Their location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from our home and close to our 3rd grader’s school. The staff here are not only highly skilled but also exceptionally friendly and kind. They make each visit pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care.

Dr. Yoo and her team are nothing short than amazing! I took my daughter to two other Orthodontists before and the difference is colossal. She’s extremely knowledgeable, and her staff is super well trained. Her clinic is very modern and clean, very different from other ones around Palo Alto. I strongly recommend Dr. Yoo and her team at Palo Alto Orthodontics for other parents with kids.

The pitiful receptionist Christina wasted my time and stole all of my personal information and then hung up on me. She is completely ignoring my calls to delete all the information she collected. I'll be consulting a lawyer to see what I can do when a company steals all your information and refuses to delete it.If she has any resemblance to the doctor I'd say that these people have no idea what they're doing.

i’ve had some horrible orthodontic experiences, one resulting in a correction surgery and a shredded soft palate. this left me with a horrible fear of anything in my mouth. all the staff here have such a gentle hand, and understood my fear after an explanation and eased my stress.also, a teen, i attend my appointments alone. the staff has always been supportive and treated me with the same respect as they would someone older.great work and kudos to every single person that works there 😊

I was never confident if going with an Invisalign treatment would help fix my smile much. The results I have has left me truly amazed! I have never loved my smile more than I do now, all thanks and credit goes to Dr. Jenny Yoo! She was so patient and knew exactly what she wanted for me from the start. She is lovely! I’m SO grateful to Dr. Yoo and her team for this lifelong present they have given me! ❤️

We came to Palo Alto Orthodontics with our daughter for an orthodontic consult. The office staff were so welcoming! They did a great job of being comprehensive in explaining our treatment options and they made the process fun for my daughter. She’s eager to start the orthodontic journey, and Dr Yoo and her staff have a great rewards program to encourage her to be a great patient!

I found dr. Yoo through my friend who also goes there. Since I started my orthodontic journey there I've felt so comfortable with my teeth. The service is amazing, if there's something wrong they'll try to find you an appointment at the best time suitable for you. The staff there are really kind and helpful and my teeth have changed so much over the course of 2 years. Definitely recommend!

My 9 year old daughter just completed her first round of Invisalign. Dr. Yoo and all of the assistants and staff have been wonderful. We appreciated the choice to do braces or Invisalign so we could pick what was best for our daughter. We are highly impressed with this office, their level of care, communication, and also lots of opportunities for fun! My daughter never minds going to her appointments and her teeth look great!

Dr. Yoo is absolutely amazing! I can’t express enough how grateful we are for her service. Took off the attachments today and will be on retainers. Very happy with the result. What a good way to celebrate the Valentine’s day.Dr. Yoo is very nice and patient, and of course highly skilled. My case is no easy case, an adult with small jaw and crowded teeth. She listened to my concerns, and planned and adjusted my bite carefully along the way with the aim of aesthetics. The outcome is great.Her staff is professional and friendly. Handled each of my visits, all email correspondences, and billing questions and issues with care. Wonderful Invisalign provider. I strongly recommend PAO.
