Finally deciding to fix my teeth, I ventured into Dr. Milestone's with my aunt (a dental hygienist) to see what options I had. My first instinct was Invisalign, but in the end, armed with information from my very thorough consult, I chose the real deal! (Nothing against Invisalign, was just not my jam, but they do have it here also!) LightForce, a custom set of braces, were applied once I set up my appointment. Toni guided me through the insurance and financing options. As an adult getting braces the coverage was limited and I was happy to be able to finance with reasonable monthly payments. Every appointment, greeted by Toni or Serra, their professionalism and friendliness were a welcome sight. My first appointments were with Eva, my last day of braces appointment was with Mel, and every tech in between, were all wonderful to work with, even on days the brackets, wires or bands were being less than friendly. They made sure they didn't leave me with anything that I couldn't manage during my approx. 1.5 years of adjustments. Getting my retainer later today, and excited to have these teeth looking so great! Milestone is the place to get the right braces in your face!

How would you like to be told by your medical provider to "stop wasting your breath" &they walk away from you, during an appointment you made to express mouth pain concerns. You too can experience this outward hostility should you choose Dr. Milestone to be the provider for your Invisalign treatment. I was led to his office by social media ads for $1000 off Invisalign TX. Once paid in full, treatment may take years due to him not following the prescribed plan.My plan called for IPR in the beginning b/c of lower incisor crowding, &my teeth are triangle-shaped. Interproximal Reduction (IPR) commonly referred to as tooth stripping, tooth contouring, teeth shaving, or teeth slenderizing, narrows teeth to create space for tooth alignment. Its a common & necessary component of Invisalign. A small disc or strip goes through the contact point, creating a temporary small space. The small space closes within a matter of days & the end result is a reduced or completely eliminated dark triangle. (Google any of this for pictures to explain it).Invisalign & Milestone created a plan for me in which a small amount of IPR was necessary. Instructions from Invisalign are printed on each new bag of aligners and mine & my CLINCHECK said 'IPR at tray 2' so I initially thought it would be done upon getting my attachments on and before starting Tray 3. I was shocked when Dr. Milestone kept telling me that we'd wait until the very END of tx to perform IPR.I'm not an orthodontist but I know that's NOT how Invisalign works. In several follow-up appointments I expressed my concerns to him & office staff. I kept making additional appointments to try to explain that this was necessary for me to continue. If a plan specifically calls for IPR & you don't do it, your teeth will not continue to fit the molds. You will cause harm to your teeth & jaw by continuing to progress with your trays, if you have neglected the planned IPR. I felt silly having to repeatedly explain this to an orthodontist, that it had nothing to do with me using my chewies, but everything to do with not following the plan as it was prescribed by Invisalign.I began Jan 2021 & by July my teeth had made no movements. I knew what was wrong but he kept denying! Fast forward to Jan 2022 (a whole year of this). I told him my whole mouth was hurting because they were being stuffed into aligners that don't fit. He sent me home. This was negligent behavior. At this point it has been over YEAR since I began with Milestone. My general dentist and hygienist both told me my case would be easily rectified with a tiny bit of IPR. I think this is not a skill Milestone wishes to take on for himself. One quick glance at the Invisalign Reddit page with 70k members you will see IPR is done on just about everyone. Skilled orthos do it all the time. I made another appt to see him & pulled up a video & photos of examples of what I'm talking about. It was then that he said to me, "stop wasting your breath" & walked away from me. I was appalled. I wanted nothing more at that point to be DONE with him. I left & went to a new orthodontist, never returning back. Its known if you have teeth crowding, creating space after IPR is when you can start to see teeth move. Milestone chose to scold & gaslight me for over a year, instead of assuming responsibility. The bottom line is: moving to a new tray before planned IPR would be forcing teeth to move into spaces that don't exist yet. You'll be stuck. When expressing concerns Dr. Milestone, he will attempt to gaslight you (make you 2nd guess the validity of your concerns) in the following ways:1) Says "Use your chewies!" Yes, chewies work in the 1st couple days to help settle teeth into new trays, but if your problem is a structural, anatomical issue, (no IPR done, so no space for teeth to move),chewies won't make teeth move.2) Will tell you to wear trays an additional week or 2, also won't help for the same reasons listed above3) Will say, "Your teeth look a lot better than when you started!"TL;DR: Please go somewhere else for Invisalign.

I’ve been in this office since a was around 10 years old and I am now almost 20 and I have always had a great experience! Since I am in college, this office inspired me to study to be an orthodontist because of how great they have treated me and other patients. My smile is absolutely great because of this office and definitely recommend you go here!

He is a great Dr and his office is very nice . He gives his personal cell and he txt right back , which helped a lot when the office was closed for COVID . My insurance did not cover for my Invisalign so they gave me a payment plan and everything was on a good pace . Didn’t have to wait a long time for my sets. I just finished and I love my teeth now . He gave me another reason to SMILE .

Dr. Milestone was the only orthodontist that was willing and able to take on my daughter's special case. She had a transposed canine and premolar, which meant that the canine and the premolar where in the wrong position-her premolar was in front of the canine. I consulted with 2 other orthodontists where instead of trying to move the teeth to their correct positions, they just recommended to keep them in the wrong position and try to re-shape the teeth so that they looked like the correct teeth in their proper positions. I knew this didn't sound right so I sought Dr. Milestone as a 3rd and final opinion. He used a new technology called Sure Smiles that use 3D computerized imaging to build the wires to move the teeth to their correct positions which is more precise. After nearly 2+ years she's almost done and the correct treatment was done. I recommend Dr. Milestone because he took on a difficult case and did the correct treatment that most other orthodontists were not willing to do.Also, my daughter loves the office, the staff, and especially the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies that are available in the office.

I started my Invisalign treatment at Milestone in 2017. As an adult, I preferred the clear aligners over braces. My treatment was going well until 2018, I moved to Florida. I was provided a few sets of aligners to get me by for a while after I moved. Once I finished those, I contacted Milestone to get the remaining aligners. I had to go back and forth with the office because they needed to receive photos of my teeth before they would agree to send the aligners. I had a hard time getting in touch at that point, my voicemails were never returned and my original email with photos was never acknowledged. Once we got they communication sorted out they sent me two sets of aligners. (TWO WEEKS WORTH OF ALIGNERS). So after the two weeks I needed to go through that process again. I had to wear the same aligners for more than two weeks which is their suggested life span. I started developing calcification on my teeth from over wearing the same aligners. At that point I had to stop the treatment and receive treatments from my dentist.I am now seeing a new Orthodontist who said I should have never been recommended Invisalign due to the corrections I need with my jaw. I am being charged less money than the original $5,200 I spent at Milestone which only caused me further trouble. My new ortho is providing ceramic braces and permanent retainers at a more affordable price. When I contacted Milestone about my situation with records of my communication they told me that my treatment was expired so the only thing they could help me with is sending my records. (Those records are not helpful because my teeth have changed since then).

Didn't pay attention to my needs. I came to him with terrible myofascial neck pain upon recommendation of another dentist. I went to a chiropractor and my pain went away. Dr Milestone put braces on me and the pain came back in all its glory. I figured I would stick it out until the braces came off. The braces came off and the pain has been there and the chiropractic doesn't work any more. Going on 8 years now. Dr Milestone literally ruined my life!

I highly recommend Dr Milestone and his entire staff. My daughter’s case took a long time (3+ years) and we got discouraged at many points. But Dr Milestone and Eva kept us going, gave us much needed guidance and personal care and I am so glad they did! My daughter now has a beautiful smile and has regained her confidence. Thank you Dr Milestone for your patience, perseverance and professionalism every step of the way!

I can 100% say that I’m very glad I have chosen this place to come to with my problem. Everyone here has been nothing but nice and helpful. Never thought I would be able to have straight teeth the way my situation was looking... but I was wrong. With all the work being put in, the changes I have seen with my teeth are incredible! Highly recommend this orthodontics with everything it has to offer!
