Hess Orthodontics

This Ortho is one of the best. My first visit for me and my daughter's consultation, we felt so welcomed and the Doctor took his time to go over every question. I never once felt rushed. Dom at the front desk is always so kind and nice and always makes sure every question was answered and made my daughter feel more relax about getting her braces put on. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone looking for a Ortho. Thank you Hess Ortho!!!

Searching for an orthodontist after relocating to the area, orthodontics are an important and expensive investment and worth EVERY penny...smiles that last a lifetime!! We came to Hess for a second opinion, after feeling incredibly disappointed from an initial consultation from another local orthodontist. Very thankful my coworkers referred us to Hess!! Very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the office and the knowledgeable care that this place offers & provides, as well as the convenience of numerous locations-available several days each week. Maegan was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, reassuring and informative throughout the process of putting on my child’s braces. On top of all of these great things about Hess, I’d have to say the lifetime retainer is the most impressive; it’s both affordable and convenient.

Well, so far so good. My son just started Invisalign with Hess Ortho. They are very thorough and are being very careful during COVID times. We can no longer go in with the kids, which I tend to worry about. But having met most of the people there and already seen the layout at our initial visit, I feel OK sending him in on his own. They were running a great promo in the month of May for $1,000 off, combined with our insurance, we received a total of $3,000 off our Invisalign total. My daughter came in for a consult as well, and they were the first to discover that she, genetically, is missing a canine tooth - it’s rare, usually genetic, but no other dentist ever mentioned it to us before! They assured me it’s something we can work on later when she’s a little older. They have a great program, also, where you can lock in today’s pricing for ortho treatment and use a payment plan for dental care at a future date - or so I was told.

I was so appreciative to everyone at Hess Parish and the staff coordinating the appointment at Hess Fishhawk! My daughters permanent retainer broke and was causing pain and swelling in her mouth . They quickly coordinated the appointment in Parish for the next day. Everyone at Hess Parish was Fantastic. They fixed her retainer quickly and properly. I was also happy that they repaired it at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Hess experience for your Children’s braces and the care needed after the braces come off. Hess has been great before, during and after the “getting braces” experience!

Overall, I am pleased with the professional care and treatment my son received from Hess. I particularly appreciate their two office locations, which are very convenient for us. There were a couple of administrative things that happened at the end that have left me feeling less satisfied from an administrative point of view. Zero complaints with actual orthodontic treatment.

I had two appointments in a day and the first appointment was perfect everything went smoothly and the lady I had was so nice. My second appointment was not the same just because the lady kept mumbling under her breath "Why did she (referring to the super nice lady I had earlier) do it that way,"and "that was wrong," when she was the one who popped off one of my brackets.

Moved from out of state and our 11 year old needed a new Orthodontist. Hess orthodontics was one of the practices our previous practice recommended. Upon calling to find out more information, staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. Other reviews online were very positive, so we made an appointment. At our appointment, again staff were very polite, friendly and the office ran on-time. The check in process was quick and easy, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. We had our consult with Dr. Christensen and were pleased with the recommendations. We were definitely happy with this choice.

I’ve had a permanent retainer for 18 years and it chose the middle of a pandemic to break. Nothing like a sharp metal spike jabbing your mouth to get your attention, especially when your previous orthodontist office is 1,200 miles away.The folks at Hess Orthodontics were the ONLY orthodontist in the area to step up to the plate to get me in quickly, and I called plenty of offices during this experience. That alone is enough to win my approval, but the good news doesn’t stop there.Kind, cheerful, efficient, friendly, and professional. Dr. Hess offered options quickly and saw myself and the other patients quite well. Emily and the others in the office brought much needed laughter and made the experience enjoyable.I would happily recommend this office for whatever your orthodontic needs are.

We love Hess Orthodontics! All the staff are so kind and great. Dr. Hess and Dr. Popat are wonderful! No matter which location you speak with they are always helpful and courteous on the phone when making appointments or you need assistance. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and their parents. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for all orthodontic needs!

I went to the fishhawk office and it was amazing. I had problems with lack of communication at a previous office. Was told it was going to be 2 years to correct my daughters teeth. After a year of braces, I was told another 2-3 years with possible jaw surgery. When I asked if I could get her xrays to show them to another orthodontic office, I was told no. I continued to ask for paper work to let her transfer to another office, I was told they were working on it, or it had already been done (my bill was paid). This took 7 months (covid had a part to play in that too). I called Sydney at Hess Orthodontics and the problem was fixed in a week and a half. My daughter is now on a 1.5 to maybe 2 year plan and has Invisalign. They were so helpful and courteous. The orthodontic assured us that my daughter would not need surgery and that she had seen alot of kids with her bite and their teeth are great. I am paying a little more, but to know I won't be dealing with unaligned teeth or surgery in a few years is one less thing to think about. A discount for the review would be nice. haha - I am joking. I truly an relieved we found them. Sydney calmed my worry in the beginning - she was awesome!
