I would give Dr. Henriod at Pasadena Periodontics 10 stars if I could. I had a tooth extracted today and he did everything possible to make me as comfortable as possible during the surgery. His system of Novocain or whatever is currently used is great. I barely felt a thing when the needle went in and it kept me pain free during surgery and for the next 4 hours. The icing on the cake is that everything needed for after care is provided before you leave. Amoxicillin, ibuprofen, medicated mouthwash etc. This is greatly appreciated as it's no fun after having dental surgery to have to drive to a pharmacy to get prescriptions filled. I felt I received the best possible care today.

I found Dr. Henriod to be kind and friendly with a great chair side manner. He explained the issues I have and the procedure to correct them beforehand. I'm very comfortable with him and his staff and trust them completely.I had a bad experience with a periodontist years ago and am grateful that my dental hygienist recommended him.

Outstanding office and Dr Handry was so professional and an expert at his craft and the office scheduled me within one hour of calling as I was in so much pain . The entire office from front office to back was incredible and loved that it was so clean and they maintained HIPPA during my entire visit which as a health professional that is vital to my privacy . I’m so lucky found Dr Joel Henriod to take care of my implants, he’s wonderful, kind, patient, and very professional plus he has a big heart! after the surgery I only took pain killer for 2 days, the 3rd day I acted normally (my mom said:”she doesn’t look like who had 6 tooth extracted and 4 implants in …”)The office is super clean and the staff are friendly, I would strongly recommend Dr Joel Henriod who is the best!!

I had some dental surgery done which I was alittle worried about. The surgery was done very professionally and gentle to my teeth. Dr. Joel Henriod explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Plus the staff were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this periodontist if you need surgery on your teeth.

I had been dreading getting gum surgery for quite some time and kept postponing it. Dr. Joel Henriod and his staff were great! I didn’t feel a thing while he was working on me. Even getting the novocaine didn’t bother me. So far there has been no pain or discomfort. He constantly checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and let me know how much time was left until he was done. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I came here for consultation with intention to switch my specialist. My previous Dr is no longer excepting my insurance. I also consulted with other perio in Pasadena. The Dr was great however I didn’t like the fact that they don’t do twilight sedation during surgery. Luckily I found this new office in PasadenaThe office is really nice. Building is gorgeous inside. The staff is really nice and professional. Everything was ready for my visit.I saw Dr Henriot. He’s very gentle in the mouth, very attentive, compassionate, and most importantly very knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant visit. I will be moving my business here 100% .Today on 10/10/22 I had a procedure with Dr Henriod. Everyone in the office made me feel super comfortable and welcoming. The Dr and his assistant are exceptional. I was treated with top provider before and I can say that this office not only as good but even better. The Dr and his assistant knew my weaknesses and addresses them very well. I’m very impressed with the way I was cared for today. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! You definitely got my business and I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Henriod and his entire team are outstanding. I called in the morning concerned about gum tenderness and bleeding never expecting to be seen the same day, but I was! Turned out I did have an infection and Dr. Henriod took care of it quickly and caringly, explaining everything to me as he went along. I couldn’t ask for more. It’s why he has such a good reputation and I feel fortunate to be a patient.

Dr. Henriod is amazing. I was very nervous about getting an implant in my front tooth. I lost the tooth when I was 10-years old (which was MANY years ago) in an accident, so the gum was receded and the whole thing was a stressful undertaking. I feel very fortunate for the outstanding work that was done. Thank you so much, Dr. Henriod!!
