Premier Endodontics of Long Island: Patchogue

Was sent here by my dentist for root canal treatment. After being numbed, I sat in the dental chair 40 minutes before Dr. Sleilati returned. During the procedure my novocaine started to wear off. I almost jumped out of the chair. He continued the procedure stating he was "almost finished" and that "it's root canal, it's not supposed to be pleasant". At no time did he offer more anesthetic, and was indifferent to my pain. The office was clearly behind schedule, and on a Friday late afternoon they all wanted to just finish up and go home. Although the tooth was saved, I would never go back to this practice.

My experience at Premier Endodontic was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish. The young ladies at the front desk to Dr Rachel and her assistant Cynthia. I have never been somewhere like this where everyone was so pleasant. It amazes me that the dr and Cynthia chair side manors was do pleasant. If I had to do this all over again I would chose these ladies. My prayer is that God will continue to bless them as they blessed me today. Thank you ladies so much for your amazing service. I went in for a root canal today and i was SO nervous, crying in the chair. Dr Gupta and Clarissa are amazing!!! I was calmed, made sure i wouldn’t feel a thing, she even let me hold her hand while getting the novocaine. They were talking and laughing the whole time. I didn’t feel a thing! It was done within 25 minutes. I left with absolutely no pain! Dr Gupta took the time afterwards to sit down and explain to me everything about what he did, and explained a questioned I had beforehand. I no longer have a fear of the dentist after this visit.

I was a new patient today in the Patchogue office. I was experiencing terrible tooth and jaw pain over a holiday weekend. I called today and they got me right in. Office staff was very friendly and they explained what would be due so there were no surprises.Dr. Ammons was the doctor there today. He was so friendly and so thorough. At 46 years old this was my first root canal so I was a bit nervous. He was so patient with me and explained everything. I highly recommend this office and doctor. I will be seeing him again in the Babylon office in a few weeks to follow up. Thank u Dr. Ammons for making a root canal not so scary or terrible.

Unfortunately, I've needed two root canals in the last 10 months. Fortunately, I found Premier Endontics. Dr. Joe Sleilati is a great doctor. He did my first root canal and I requested him again for the second. The procedures were fast, efficient and relatively painless. Dr. Sleilati and the whole team at Premier are a pleasure and I highly recommend them. I'll let this picture underscore my endorsement.

Dr. Gupta and staff are absolutely the best around. I am terribly afraid of the dentist and even more afraid of getting a root canal done. I told everyone this coming in and they did everything in thier power to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Listened to me when I said I have a hard time getting numb from the novocaine and made sure I was completely numb before proceeding. I had two root canals done in the same day and being honest with how much care they took with me I could have done a third. Everything I asked of them they did for me and I could not be happier. I'm no longer in pain and I'm on route to a nice smile again. Thank you for taking the fear I had in the dentist away. 🙏

Would like to give a humungous thank you to Dr.Sleilati & his wonderful team of Rose, & Stephanie.Today I underwent an emergency DMD referred root canal due to constant pain for 2 weeks on the tooth. #31 rear right bottom molar (3 canals)Upon entry I was skeptical of how much pain/time/money the procedure was going to take. I read online that it would take multiple visits and as I asked all my questions, they were answered promptly and indefinition where I can understand!The entire process took about 45 minutes from numbing to physical work. Relatively Painless after numbing.Super excited to continue my work w/ this practice as dental visits here come w/ a good laugh & reassurance.Thank you again!

Terrible service, they treated you like only their time mattered. I scheduled my appointment for the end of July, and out of nowhere, I got a phone call saying my appointment got postponed to the end of August because Dr has an “emergency”. I respected that and I said ok. Then by the time I was on my way to the appointment, stuck in traffic, I was informed yet again, that the Dr can not perform the procedure for me within this limited amount of time and I need to wait for another month for the appointment. Seriously??? No one ever informed me how time is the matter when my appointment is being delayed for months and months but one second you are stuck in traffic there’s no excuse??? W.O.W

Stephanie helped me on the phone to book my appointment and was professional yet very friendly, compassionate and understanding. Above and beyond. I felt better about going to get my root canal just after that phone call.Once I got in for my appointment the paperwork was quick and easy. I was seen within 20 minutes.The doctor and assistant were both kind and compassionate, and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and the root canal (tooth #7. A front tooth!😭) I was dreading and so anxious to get took about 30 minutes from the moment I sat in the exam chair to me walking out the door :)All of the staff were reassuring and thorough. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone and will certainly be back if I need any more work done (let's hope not!)

My wife Laura is 9 months pregnant with severe tooth pain and came in as a same day emergency patient for a root canal. With clearance from her ob/gyn the team at Premier Endodontics welcomed her and got her out of pain immediately. The front desk staff, dental assistant and endodontist were all amazing. Paying out of pocket was very affordable compared to other places. Thank you so much Premier for treating my wife so well. I will be highly recommending you. Thanks so much.
