For the Pembroke Pines location, the office was very neat and clean. Warm and kind staff and the office seemed very family friendly. Everything was very efficient which is always a priority for me. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Saw Dr Bassam and was very pleased. He made you feel like a family member and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions and concerns.

This is an amazing dental office with very professional and friendly staff, and up to date technology. It is totally the dentists, but not just the dentists. Every person who works there is full of pride and knowledge. I genuinely experience every visit. I’ve gone in with dental issues inspiring my anxiety only to be calmly and clearly received. The practices offer considerate and directed care and the financial/billing department makes sure all procedures wont break you. They were so genuine, empathetic and accommodating. The office itself is bright and modern, all staff are welcoming! All doctors are absolutely fantastic! The best part is that they have all Dental specialists at that office, so they’ll be able to help you with any dental issue without you leaving the office. I highly recommend Gentle Teeth! They are certainly the very best in town.

This is the only dental office I will ever go to, I have always hated going to the dentist until I found this place. Rogeline and Cherelle are the BEST!! They make the entire process smooth from A to Z and make sure I am comfortable, pain-free, and smiling. Very clean and friendly environment plus I get to watch Martin on Netflix during the whole process, Win-Win-Win ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maggy is very personable, supportive, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Maggy always makes our family feel like we are apart of their big family. Dr. Samuels and his lovely team are very nice and very professional. Yanisey and Roxy are very nice, very supportive and professional. My biggest fear of going to the Dentist is being in pain and being uncomfortable. My original Dentist retired five years ago and I haven’t been to a Dentist since then. I found Gentle Teeth and Braces online in search for Dentist because I felt like it was time. I can honestly say I have never felt more comfortable, and from the time I walked in the door until I left everyone was very welcoming. Rogeline, Dr Sharma and the Hygienist thanks for making my experience a good one.

My daughter (10 years old) needed her tooth extracted and from the moment we walked in to when we were done we had the best experience and we were so happy! Dr. Sharma is amazing and Rogeline who assisted was as well! Sydney Samuels made us feel so at home! I highly recommend Gentle Teeth & Braces of Pembroke Pines! The staff was very polite and welcoming. The dental Assistant was very patient and the Dentist came in all smiles ready yo meet my little person. Such a pleasant atmosphere. Dr Samuels and his staff are awesome! My daughter got her braces about a year ago and there has not been one single visit where we have had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The ladies in the orthodontist section are all very nice and gentle while treating my daughter. Could not ask for better service and results as her teeth are looking great already.
