I have been going to Lucas Orthodontics for 2 years now for my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Lucas is always very friendly and does an amazing job, as does his son (Dr. Lucas #2). His staff is absolutely fantastic and takes care of me and everything I need at each visit. I highly recommend Lucas orthodontics for all your orthodontic needs.

From my first consultation and all the way throughout my treatment the staff has been extremely welcoming and kind. They’ve always been prompt and made my appointments quick. Dr. Lucas and his team did a great job prepping me for a double jaw surgery and getting everything in line afterwards. I cannot recommend and thank them all enough.

The office personnel has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I took both my kids to have braces and the braces were taken off before time. I thought this was normal and then my youngest ended up having his wisdom teeth come out and they wanted to charge me all over again to align his teeth. I was in disbelief they didn’t even give a discount after paying $8,000 + for braces for my kids. During this time I had mines put on for an over bite and something happened with the insurance adding a copay after I had my plan all worked out a year later. The office didn’t notify me until they refused to make an appointment until I paid $100 copay that was never worked out into the plan. The front desk girl was very rude and was eventually fired because she apparently was not nice to the patients but before she got fired the other personnel didn’t want to listen to what I was saying. I tried to talk to their billing, Yessi, and let me tell you she was worse when it came to customer service. She even stopped sending the invoices to my insurance to get payments for months. They failed to collect $613 from the insurance and when I decided to stop the treatment because I did not like how I was being treated I was offered $500. Mind you I only did one year and my plan was for 24 months $4895 total. They refused to take off my braces and I had to go somewhere else to get them removed and I didn’t get retainers. I asked for what I had paid out of pocket and they refused to pay me because they didn’t receive all the payments from the insurance and then they refused to collect from the insurance. They never sent me my refund and have held on to my money when I paid a total of $4178.90. Michele, the office manager, did nothing to help resolve this issue and they told me to go ahead and sue them.

My Lucas Orthodontics experience was wonderful.The entire staff- front desk, Miriam, Sarah, Dr. Lucas ànd others has been great, friendly, answered all my questions and took the time, every time to ensure each my braces adjustment was perfectThanks Lucas staff !I love my smile

Had an appointment with them for consultation. The consultation was suppose to be free but was charged $100. Wasn’t treated right and the consultation representative didn’t even attend to me and sent one of the workers to be the middle man. I was told that I was going to receive a call back but never was contacted at all. Used to be a patient here and , disappointed how they treated me and charge me $100 for no service at all. If I could give a rating, I would give 0 stars.

Dr. Lucas and his staff are amazing! My Invisalign experience was a breeze because of them. Dr. Lucas always made me feel confident that I would have an amazing smile at the end. Wait times are little to none and I was always able to get an appointment at a time that worked for me. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Lucas for all your Orthodontic needs!

I’ve done my braces twice now with Lucas. Once when I was 13 and now at 24. I came in thinking my overbite was a lost cause and that it couldn’t get fixed. Dr.Lucas told me otherwise and now my teeth look beautiful! They were once my biggest insecurity and now they are my favorite thing to flash around.
