Dr. Toro is a true professional and exceptional dentist. Ever since I started coming to her dentistry, I have felt in the hands of someone that not only knows what she is doing but cares about doing it right. I admire and respect her and her knowledgeable staff for what they have done for my fiance and I over the past couple of years of seeing her. I wouldn't look anywhere else if you are considering a new dentist. This is no-brainer for me.

From the first moment I stepped into this place I felt comfortable and in good hands. Every single member of this team is loving and caring. Going to the dentist is really tough for most people, "like a consented type of torture", this is why I value Dr. Katherine Roman and her team, because they don’t just treat the teeth, the treat the patient, who, like in my case, is dealing with some serious, scary, uncomfortable stuff in the mouth and need the emotional support as well. I love coming to visit my dentist now! Not to go unnoticed is Dr Roman attention to detail, she is a true perfectionist, not one little thing goes passed her attention for your smile to look beautiful and your teeth to stay healthy! I absolutely love her!

Dr. Roman and her staff are absolutely amazing! The office is clean and the waiting area is welcoming, with nice piano music playing; the front desk staff are pleasant, amicable, and friendly. I am someone with a bit of dental anxiety, but from my cleaning to my actual procedure, I enjoyed every part of my experience. There are screens playing beautiful scenic views as you sit in the chair. Prices are fair and payment options are available. I am thrilled with my smile for the first time in a long time. Will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!!

Dr Toro and rest of the staff have helped me on my journey back to dental health and a beautiful smile. I started going to Pembroke Smile in 2022 after many years of NOT going to the dentist. Dr Toro put a treatment plan together to address my problems and restore my smile. She has an excellent chair side manner and her goal besides your dental health is having a comfortable experience. The office is modern, clean and the staff is professional. I have sent family members to her and I would recommend her to anyone needing routine dental work or more advanced dental procedures. Dr. Roman was fantastic . She explained my treatment options and allows me to take the time to decide what I wanted to get done first. I never felt pressured to buy extra services I didn’t need or want. She was very patient and gentle during my dental procedures. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. And I’ll tell you. The wait times are very short. , unlike other clinics I’ve visited. I will come back again.

So I went there to get my teeth checked, and apparently I had a lot of cavities at once which never happened to me before plus I had to change one of my veneers even though I got them last year somewhere else as far as dentist from here said. To make sure that the diagnosis was right, I asked them to send me the pictures of the scans that they took of my teeth to make the diagnosis. Obviously, they never sent the pictures. Then again when the appointment was coming up they called me to to see if I was gonna show up, and again I asked them for the pictures but still haven’t received them. After this so unprofessional attitude, I decided to go somewhere else to get my teeth checked and the dentist confirmed me that the diagnosis given by this place was totally wrong and that they were trying to scam me. Ended up paying 500 in total rather than almost 4K in pembroke smile center.I’m glad I work in sales so I know the tricks sir. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go to this place. Otherwise, you’ll be giving money away to scammers.

I love the place. Everyone's attention is super cordial and professional. I haven't had a single problem with everything they've done to me and I have a complicated mouth. Especially Doctor Alicia Toro, is a perfectionist with her work, I always felt very confident being in her hands, she knows a lot and always wants to do a better job than what is ahead of her, that is not easily found and it is appreciated when you have it. . I recommend it 100%
