Northwest Florida Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

I was scheduled for surgery on Monday March 26th. The appointment was made on Friday March 26th. The text I woke up to Monday morning @ 8 am was, "Because you failed to confirm your appointment, please contact us to reschedule". Your number comes up as Auto Glass Pro, so was marked by me as spam. Fix your issue and people might not send your messages to spam.

Dr. Laggan is an amazing oral surgeon. I had to have a tooth out and my dentist suggested that I have my wisdom teeth out too. Dr. Laggan took time to explain everything. He is personable and knowledgeable. The procedure went very well. He personally answered some questions I had about recovery a few days after the procedure (all was fine). His staff is also AMAZING! They were all highly knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend their office.

I just had all of my wisdom teeth removed today which were on both sides of my mouth. Two were at the top and two were at the bottom. The experience for my surgery was completely painless. Thank you Dr. Laggan and the whole team at your Northwest Florida Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery office. You were all courteous, professional, and just brilliant! Dr Laggan and his staff are very personable and provide excellent patient care. They took care of me so quickly after the initial consult. The process and the surgery were as smooth as can be! Dr Laggan takes good care of us veterans too!!!! And that means EVERYTHING!!! I have been fortunate to be served by him and his medical & office staff, several times now. I am very appreciative of them all! And I recommend this practice to anyone. They're just wonderful!!!!! Thank you to all of you at this practice!!!

I have been trying to get my tooth fixed for 8 months and the appointments at the other place pushed me out to September 2024. I ended up in so much pain- I woke up, called them, and they got me in that day. I can't express my gratitude enough for what they did, they have no idea. Thank you for such amazing care, everyone was so kind, the place was exceptionally clean.

Everyone in the office was very polite, gracious and willing to answer any questions. Dr. Laggan was wonderful. He explained the procedure completely on what was being done and the reason why. Because of him and his staff, I had no reservations about my procedure. I felt very comfortable and he was quick and I was in no discomfort at all. Dr Laggan and his group have always done very good work on my teeth/implants. This most resent visit I was jerked around by two different dentists/specialists before I went back to him and it would’ve saved me time and money to just go right back. Hind site’s 20/20. He’s never been rude or mean like I’ve seen on some of these reviews. He works quick and effective and what more could you want. Everyone asks if there’s any questions so you are always well informed. Lovely team, five stars across the board!

The VA sent me here for an extraction and I am so thankful. Top notch service and great communication. Very knowledgeable staff with superb bedside manner. They realize most people don't know the process for implants and take time to explain what is going on and how everything will work. I highly recommend for your dental needs. One thing of note: it is very cold in the office so you will want to bring a sweater, jacket or blanket.

I had to have 23 teeth removed. Dr Laggan was very thorough in making sure the procedure was done safely. The actual procedure took an hour, recovery is going well. I'm 5 days post op. The best thing I can honestly say is I've had 0 pain. The stitches are annoying, as is the swelling but I'm not complaining. I've always heard this type of dental surgery was very painful but I'm so thankful it hasn't been. I don't know if it's Dr Laggans skill, or my high pain tolerance or combination of the two. I'd definitely go back, if I had any teeth left that is lol.

Had complications after my wisdom tooth surgery there… went back to get it checked out and was told it’s just TMJ pain after a 30 second look and no follow-up X-rays…. Had to go to the emergency dentist a couple weeks later while I was out of town because I was still in so much pain. Emergency dentist found a giant infection and had to drain an abscess from my face along with tissue that had died…. Thank god the emergency dentist wasn’t dismissive like Dr. Lagan because this was potentially extremely dangerous , not to mention unprofessional
