Dr. Witcher and his staff at Smart Smiles Orthodontics are both kind and extremely professional. Our beloved Orthodontist recently passed away, and Dr. Witcher was so very gracious to take us in as his patients. His conscientious nature has allowed this transition to be seamless. We are grateful for him and his wonderful staff. ❤️......and the icecream is pretty cool, too!🍦

I have been going to Smart Smiles and seeing Dr. Witcher since Dr. Rigsby passed. I wasn't ready for a change as I had seen Dr. Rigsby since the 1990's. Once I met Dr. Witcher I liked him right away. He is a gentle man and clearly cares about his work. He leans to the perfectionist side of which I like because he doesn't settle on any phase of the process. He keeps tweeking my braces and retainers until my teeth are the best that they can be. I like that about him. Also if something is irritating my mouth or needs adjusting, he is quick to get me in and fix the problem. He also takes a few minutes at the start of each appointment to ask how I'm doing and he genuinely likes to hear what things I've been up to in life. If you want a skilled, caring, friendly orthodontist that doesn't stop until your teeth are the best that they can be, then Dr. Witcher at Smart Smiles is for you.

We absolutely have loved Dr. Witcher and the staff at Smart Smiles! The doctor is so patient and kind and makes the kids feel so at ease. My daughter has loved the process so far and does not mind at all coming to the ortho! Bonus is they have the best soft serve ice cream machine for after treatment for the kids! Definitely highly recommend!

The receptionist was friendly, I haven’t met Dr.Witcher yet since the switch from Dr.Rigsby. The young lady that put back on my wires seemed irritable, unprofessional, and manhandled my mouth the entire time. She left a long wire in my mouth for the entire time she put my bands in and it DUG and CUT in the the back of my mouth. My wires ARE WAY TO TIGHT! I’ve had braces for a good few years AND HAVE NEVER had my teeth hurt the way they do after the appointment with her!!! The pain when I got them in the beginning is NOTHING compared to the way my teeth feel now . My appointment was on the 20th, IM STILL IN PAIN! It hurts to even eat!! I wish would’ve got her name. I’m not a picky person and get along with just about anyone. Never had to write a review before so for me to even make one in the first place, this was a BIG issue.

Dr. Witcher and his staff are the best!! He took the time to actually listen to my concerns. We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. Dr. Witcher actually took the time to talk with my son about his eating habits that can affect his braces. We are excited about his braces journey with Dr. Witcher and are looking forward to getting our daughter started with braces as well.

If you are looking for an orthodontist and staff who IMMEDIATELY make your children and you feel welcomed, wanted, and appreciated, then look no further than Dr. Witcher and his amazing Staff! They know us by name AND face. They take the time needed to make a nervous nine year old feel comfortable and answer his many questions. I cannot speak more highly of and with any greater appreciation for Dr. Witcher and his Staff.
