We were recommended to see Dr. Cusack from our dentist. They got my son in right away for a consultation and got braces put on the same day. The staff is super friendly, they are always on time, and they are excellent at explaining everything they are doing at appointments & the right way to care for the braces to my son. Would definitely recommend Dr. Cusack to anyone!

My experience with the office staff, and Dr. Cusack was absolutely horrible. My contract was canceled because of missed payments, and after attempting to create a new contract so my daughter could finish her treatment. They called and told me I would have to pay off the complete balance in order to continue her treatment when my daughter went into pay the complete balance, they denied her payment and denied her treatment now leaving us with four months left on her contract to complete her treatment, this company has no consideration if you go through hardship times, and only cares about money, they do not simply care about their patients! Terrible experience. Not only after explaining my hardship and missing payments. The office staff was background very rude I could hear them laughing in the . We will be taking our Daughter to the only other nice Ortho in town.

As someone who got his braces here, Cusack is an amazing ortho! The staff is very friendly and loves to keep you engaged. Dr. Cusack himself is also very friendly and will tell you what needs to be done. Originally it would’ve taken 4 years to get my braces off, but with the help of the staff and doctor i was able to get them off a little over two years! Thank you Cusack Orthodontics

We started coming to Cusack (Pekin Office) back last April (2021). I was a little nervous at first for my son bc he was only 9 and I thought that was kinda young to put him thru all of this but everyone was very welcoming and always answer the questions I have each time we come. My son has done really well with everything and we are very appreciative for everything at Cusacks office has done with him (us)! His smile has change so much! We actually noticed quite the difference when he had to get the expander and night time gear! I didn’t realize what “expanding his palate” really meant until I have seen the results! Thank you :)

My family and I have worked with Dr. Cusack for over 10 years and could not recommend this office more if you are thinking about orthodontic work. Over 10 years after getting my first set of braces removed, my wisdom teeth came in and shifted my smile. I had such a great experience with Dr. Cusack that I decided to go back to him to correct what had shifted, even though I now live over 2 hours away for college. I just completed my treatment and had my braces removed and could not be more pleased with my results the second time. I can confidently say it was well worth the drive for adjustments. Dr. Cusack is knowledgable and open about timelines with you. I received adjustments at both the Peoria and Pekin office and have nothing but nice things to say about those that work there.

Cusak Orthodontics have proven to be top notch facilities with top notch care. I am always amazed at how smoothly and how quickly we are called in for appointments. We have now sent two children to Cusak Orthodontics and for both of them, the attention to care for the process of moving their teeth, the concern for the comfort and ability of my children when they experience discomfort and need extra care and just the attitude when we come into the office for each appointment is always genuine, is always upbeat and is ever present. Will I continue to send my children to Cusak Orthodontics? Absolutely! Will I recommend Cusak Orthodontics to others? Without a doubt in my mind, I will definitely recommend Cusak Orthodontics to family and friends as well as strangers in need of an orthodontist.

My family is new to the area and I based the decision of our 10 year old receiving braces through here based on the reviews. I was nervous for my daughter to receive braces but this place works so well with children that from the first appointment, my daughters nerves and I’s were gone. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, the payment plans helped elevate a lot of stress as well.
