I’ve been neglecting the dentists office. I’ve feared it ever since I was a kid for some reason, but today my experience at NB Smiles exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much everyone at the office for making this experience a great one.Despite all the work ahead, I was thankful for the options already placed if needed.

I have been coming here for 10 years now. I love this office. Dr. Szyperski is fabulous and have non stop recommended her to everyone that needs a dentist. Her staff is so friendly and welcoming. This morning, Dr S helped me with a dental emergency first thing in the morning and saved my day. I can't say enough great things about this office.

Finally, a dental office where I feel valued and respected. I was looking for a gentle dentist who could help with my extreme fear and anxiety. Margaret, the office manager, answered all my questions, untangled insurance issues, and welcomed me like a favorite niece. Not great news about my poor tooth but Dr. Szyperski took the time to show me a deep breathing technique, laid out the options and explained everything. I’m not dreading seeing them again and that’s like a 10 star review right there.

Despite the supposed Argus-Courier poll, Dr. Syzperski is the best dentist in Petaluma! I have had the good fortune of her care since I moved to Petaluma in 2019. My husband was afraid of dentists, yet I was able to get him to go see Dr. Szyperski. While he did not enjoy his dental visits, he trusted the Dr. Szyperski, Margaret and all the lovely members of the office.Just recently I developed an abscess on a tooth. I was having a terrible time getting an endodontist through my insurance. Dr. Szyperski was out of town, and yet she responded to every message I left for her. She did everything she could, and more, to get me help. Finally, she took the X-rays and made a referral, even thought it wasn't required by my insurance, but was insisted upon by the endodontist.Dr. Syzperski is a consummate professional in all ways, and her dental care is superlative. I personally like the fact that her office looks and feels like a welcoming dentist's office and not a beauty spa!

Dr. Szyperski and staff (especially the sweet receptionist Margaret) have all been amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and personable, I recommend them any chance I get. The doctor and staff have worked with my sensory processing issues and anxiety about dentists and I no longer have an issue, I even look forward to my visits!

First thing that stood out when I first called the practice to make an appointment was the absolutely kind and professional demeanor of Margaret who helped me set up an appointment for the very next day due to my dental concerns. I had checked out Dr. Szyperski's reviews before I ever called the practice, which I must say were very impressive. After interacting with two of the hygienists in the office, I was further impressed with how friendly, yet efficient and professional they were. And then came in Dr. Szyperski. After a thorough exam, and a pretty in depth cleaning, as I had not been to the dentist in some time, I was super impressed with the Doctor's no-nonsense and knowledgeable way of carrying herself. I have always appreciated excellent nedical/dental care and I can tell you that Dr. Szyperski is a true pro. This was so important to me as choosing a dentist is a pretty big decision that if not done correctly can be a really bad experience. I am scheduled back for two deep cleanings. Normally I would be sweating buckets at the thought of this, but after my initial experience I am fully confident that those two visits will be just as painless and pleasant as the first one. Thank you so much Dr. Szyperski and your staff for running such a good practice. It is more appreciated than you may know. The rest of my family will soon be visiting the Doctor and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Clay B.

Great place. Very friendly and helpful. I was a great experience after been away from dentist and lot of work a head. It make me feel confident that i am in good hands. She will explain everything and work with you on what you need. The assistant and desk personal are also great. I was so joyful to have found this place. I will definitely keep coming here. My partner and I have been seeking a caring and professional dentist.I found them.They took care of me right away and went above and beyond compared to other over priced dentist I have visited in the past.They will work with your budget and health plan but most of all take care of you. ✅✅✅

I love this dentist. I hadn’t seen a dentist for too long. Dr. Szyperski is amazing.She is so gentle and kind. Her ability has exceeded my expectations. Everyone from the front office to the assistants are friendly and helpful. I feel pretty again and I can eat without discomfort.I have recommended her office to close friends and coworkers. I wish I had done this sooner.
