ATX Braces and Smile Aligners

My son has been coming to ATX for at least a year and we couldn’t be more pleased! We’ve had exceptional service from day 1. The entire team from the desk personnel, the assistants, and the doctors were friendly and professional. My son is 9 and they made him feel comfortable each visit. He’s inquisitive and always has questions…which of course they’re able to answer. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I came from india to my aunt's house for a short vacation. I had my braces back in India.I had my braces wire moved to the right and the last 2 brackets were free without the wire. As we searched up google ATX braces and smile aligners were at the top of the list. So we called them up and explained the problem. They were very welcoming and understood the situation instantly. Right away they said that they would fix it free of cost and asked us to walk in. We visited them and they helped us out with no delay. The staff at the reception and the orthodontist were very warm and kind. Thus was the first experience for my aunt at a dentistry and she was also very appreciative of their timely help.Thank you ATX braces and smile aligners.

This place is awesome! I completed my orthodontic adventure in December and am so impressed with the result. All of the staff are extremely friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. The doctors are personable and will make sure your teeth look PERFECT! Payments are easy and they will work with your insurance. One time I broke my aligner and the assistant (Maritza or Marisol I can’t remember her name sorry!) went above and beyond to get me a replacement the same day which was apparently some sort of record! I have been getting treated for 1.5 years and I love that I see the same faces when I walk in. To me, that means that they take care of their staff who will take care of the customers.

My husband and I brought our daughter here for her first consultation!We absolutely love the setting of the office and all of the natural lighting.The staff was so friendly and made us feel like we were at home. Dr Brenner did our daughters consultation and we feel so much better now knowing everything is growing the way it should be. She is now in their ATX Kids Club observation program and she is so excited to return again!

I cannot say enough great things about this practice! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Inez is amazing. I really appreciate the quality time she spends with each patient. She listened to all of my concerns and helped create a plan that works for me. I had braces over a decade ago so my teeth have understandably shifted. Dr. Brenner thoroughly discussed all options with me, but let me be the one to decide what option I thought was best for myself. I was lucky enough to also get to work with Dr. K for my treatment, and I am so very happy with the results as well as the retainers Kyle made for me- they fit perfect! I can tell everyone here loves what they do and it really shows through their excellent level of care and attention to their patients. I am beyond grateful my best friend recommended this practice. If you’re looking for a sign to make an appointment, even if it’s been years since you’ve seen an ortho, I hope this recommendation is the reassurance you need- do it!

I am currently in treatment and I have really enjoyed ATX Braces. Firstly, I really appreciate the various payment plans and options available which has tremendously help making braces financially manageable but additionally being able to chose which type of braces works best for me. The entire staff has been very easy to work with and super friendly. From consultation to adjustments, I have always had an enjoyable experience. I have only been in treatment for a few months and have seen a lot of great progress on my teeth.

ATX Braces are 5 star. Dr. Brenner, Dr. K and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. The level of professionalism is second to none. They explain everything very clearly. They are prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. In case of an emergency, they will make every effort to promptly see you. They were able to see my kiddo on a Saturday. I absolutely love this place! Dr. K and Dr. B are not just great at what they do, they are ROCK STARS! I love the staff, they are very friendly and polite. I love that ATX Braces are understanding of my busy work schedule and are always able to schedule me when it’s convenient for me to come in for my adjustments.
