Front desk are friendly they checked me in right away, Maddie is the best did an awesome job on my teeth cleaning, plus she is fun had really good time while she was working in my teeth, Dr Sharma is great he is knowledgeable and seems loves his job I had a very good experience for the first visit and will be going back for sure, definitely recommend him

Staff was extremely courteous and professional. Dr. Sharma answered all my questions with a great level of understanding and care. I was very pleased with my dental services!The dental hygienist, although a temp, took very good care of me.

The staff is great. Atmosphere is comfortable. It’s been a while since I’ve met a dentist that didn’t pressure me into a procedure. I feel he knows what he’s going. My teeth cleanings & wisdom teeth removal went great! Great doctor. Efficient team. So kind.Highly recommend!

This was the 2nd time I went to Dr. Sharme office.1. This place did not try to sell thing i did not need. ie. I have my top night guard. I asked him He said it's okay. But other Dentist tried to sell me the Bottom Night Guard.2. The place did not over X-ray my mouth 1st time i visited them. Other Dentist over did X-ray and the insurance did not pay. I have to pay out of my pocket $400.3. The place did not over charge me when I told them I did not want to pay more than my insurance cover. Other Dentist charged me $50 more. But i did not receive itemize charge from Insurance.

I am so glad my husband made an appointment with Dr. Sharma at Elite Smiles! He was so happy with their service he also made appointment for me to see Dr. Sharma. I am very happy also with the experience I had. Dr. Sharma and his assistant Giselle made me feel so relax when they did my cleaning, I almost fell asleep. Giselle was very kind and patient also when she was assisting him with the cleaning. Dr. Sharma also took time to ask me if I had any concerns or questions as regards to my teeth. Jessica at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful with questions that I had. We were a bit concerned if we would find a good dentist like our one that retired. We are so happy we found Dr. Sharma and his staff at Elite Smiles!!!

Elite smiles is under new ownership and I thought I would give it another try after not having great experiences with the previous dentist.Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. I thought the hygienist did a good job with my teeth cleaning. I was in and out in 45 min. I enjoyed meeting the dentist who has taken over the practice. Dr.Sharma was informative and listened well. I hope this place does well.

The staff was friendly , courteous and very professional….Dr Sharma patiently explained the procedure I was scheduled for, the pain meds I was going to get and the after effects..Very positive experience, painless!

Edit: 5/5 stars: I recently received a letter in the mail informing me that Elite smiles had changed ownership so I decided to give it another shot. I really enjoyed my visit. The front desk was really friendly. The hygienist did a great job on my teeth. Dr. Sharma introduced himself to me and welcomed me to the new practice. What I appreciated most was his honesty and candor. He did not try to upsell me on different services or dental procedures so there was no confusion on what’s critical dental care vs. nice to have. I look forward to returning to Elite Smiles now that ownership has changed.2/5 stars: when the practice was owned by Dr. Tucker. I wish I could write a good review of this place...while his team is extremely nice and the dental work is great, the front desk is confused and lost. It looks like there's been some turnover at the front so it may be resolved at this point but when we were there about 1 year ago, the receptionist (Debbie) accidentally charged my husband for fluoride even though he never received it (~$57?). After calling and telling her he never received that treatment, she asked if we could stop by and she'll refund the card. After a couple weeks, we determined we couldn't make it in and provided the CC number to apply the credit but it never came through. We called a couple times more and spoke to people other than Debbie so they said they'd have to get back to us (which they never did). Finally, when we got through, they said they applied the amount to the outstanding balance that insurance doesn't cover for the routine cleaning, though they typically write off that amount. My husband and I decided to give up on the back and forth and are going to switch dentists. I wish it worked out because the office is nice and the hygienists and owner seem great but this was never resolved and I don't have confidence that it would be resolved after months of trying.

Rethinking this practice for our family after seeing Newsmax on in the office waiting area today. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. NEWSMAX?? The QAnon people?Update to this review: Dr. Sharma called me within hours of this review being posted and apologized for the TV situation. They are now keeping the TV remote with the receptionist so this sort of thing does not occur again.I'd like to add that I am a proponent of free speech. If people are into the NewsMax, Info Wars and Breitbart content, etc., then that's their jam. I have a problem when that sort of thing is playing in a public space that's trying to earn the business (or retain) business from consumers. If that's on in your customer waiting area, whether you like it or not, it does reflect on your business. I am grateful for his call and the updated policy because the dental services have been terrific.

Dr. Sharma is very professional. I had a appointment for a root canal and he was very tentative, took his time to make sure I knew what was going on and I am terrified of Dentists. Him and his staff followed up days after my appointment to check on my progress and how I was doing. The kindness and professionalism is unmatched. I would highly recommend everyone to go to Elite smiles in Pflugerville any day!
