Smile Haus Pflugerville

My prior dentist turned into Smile Haus a couple years ago. My son and I both get our 6 month cleanings done here. All the dental assistants are nice and friendly. Cindy at the front desk has been there for years!! She is super nice as well. It's easy to find, right past tinseltown movie theater in Pflugerville. Parking is always available. No complaints.

Very friendly staff .My dental hygienist is very friendly and remembers my job and hobbies and will talk to you some while doing her work .So takes the time to know you as a person not just a patient.This was my first visit with the new dentist as my old one has left for better times in retirement.She took the extra time to get to know me as well.Went over with me my options for my dental problems and what I could do for them.

Love all the Staff at Smile Haus, my husband Tony and myself have been going to the dentist here for over 25 years. The new owners are just great and we really felt cared for and they staff answered all our questions. Thankful we don't have to worry about finding another dentist. We feel like family at Smile Haus! I’ve been going to this practice for the last 15 years. The prior dentist was Dr. Burnett. He retired and Dr. Carol Farn came in. She retained the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and I am impressed with her. I would recommend Dr. Farn to anyone looking for a new dentist for themselves or their family.Don’t expect to come here and get up sold on all kind of things you don’t need. They’re here to truly take care of you and do what’s right for you at an affordable cost.

Staff is professional and polite. Wait from appointment time was minimal. Good evaluation of teeth and solutions to future problems were assessed. Last year we realigned my teeth using invisalign and then put caps on the eight front top teeth. I'm so happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Farn and team. Great people to work with.

This is the greatest dentistry provider, and the Plugerville location staff is absolutely amazing, like family for real. I don't want to mention names, because really everyone provides a professional comfortable and trusting experience. I've been with Smile Hous since they acquired Jefferey Burnette practice, and it was already the best place to get anything related to your dental needs taken care of. Since then it has only gotten better, take my word for it. If your teeth are not maintained properly it can cause serious health issues, not to mention the cosmetic stigmas. Just go and you'll see what i mean. The knowledge, the skills, the kindness and patience, all around down to earth good folks!

Dr. Carol Farn, D.D.S. And the entire staff at Smile Haus are the best!!! I highly recommend you go pay them a visit if you’re ever in need of a Dentist or Orthodontist. Just a couple of days before my vacation I unfortunately lost one of my crowns and after calling my own dentist and several others for an appointment they were unable to schedule me in. I then came across Smile Haus and after sending a quick email explaining what I needed they called me back and scheduled me in right away. The entire staff was so welcoming and the facility was great I felt so comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. They gave me a temporary crown and promised the permanent crown would come in a couple of weeks, somehow they worked their magic and it came in within a week! Go see them!!!

This was my first time returning back to the dentist in 6 years. My tech, Ashley, made me feel super comfortable about everything we were going to accomplish in that day. And Dr. Farn was very thorough about what she wanted to work on with me with one of my molars. I recommend going to Smile Haus Pflugerville if you’re looking for a good dentist.

Everyone at Smile Haus Pflugerville was so nice and extremely professional. It had been 4 years since I had my teeth cleaned. I was afraid that my hygienist would chide me for waiting so long and that my teeth would be in terrible shape. My hygienist, Ashley, could not have been sweeter and never mentioned the time lapse. I was the one who brought up the long time since I had a cleaning, but she still didn’t lecture me. She didn’t even ask about my reason. COVID happened and because of my health condition, I would rarely leave my home.So if you want a non-judgmental place to receive cutting-edge dental care, I would highly recommend Dr. Farm, Ashley, and the rest of the staff and office personnel at Smile Haus Pflugerville!

Being one who gets so nervous at the dentist, I have to say Dr. Farn and her staff did a perfect job putting me at ease and making the best plan of action for me. Dr. Farn is very professional but also personal and made me feel like I matter and comfortable. Very very happy with my experience and the dental plans they have to help make going to the dentist affordable!
