My son has been going to Wildflower Orthodontics for over 3 years (a year break in between phases) Appointments are fast, they have always been on time and we get in and get out. The care plan they suggest is the length they say or maybe even shorter. Their plans are affordable too. We've seen various staff members through the years and everyone of them has been great. The front staff is very friendly when you walk in. We highly recommend them for you orthodontic needs.

****most the the reviews below mine are given from patients that received a Starbucks gift card.I want to share my experience publicly: I took my son to Wildflower as a referral from Dr. Bains whom is awesome.Everything went great, they took our insurances we paid the balance and full and it was amazing. Then I changed jobs, and the new company's insurances was not accepted. Which then created a underpayment which is understandable for my son. They discussed with me and came up with a plan. For my Husband whom when in as a new patient, on day 1 they had him sign a contract at which he did not realized they did not take the insurance. They never told him "you are not in network" "we don't take your insurance". I called back 1 hour after he got home and told them he was not moving forward because we are not in network they decided that they would proceed by ordering Invisalign charging his credit card and continuing on. So basically Wildflower stole form his credit card on file the next day. Even after he told them he wanted to initially call them when he got home and put it on a rewards card. Then even after speaking about my son's underpayment and explaining to the Tera the staff member, since Wildflower does not take insurance and my husband was not going to continue services. They still continued to proceed ordering Invisalign. Next I received a call confirming his pick up of Invisalign which I explained for the third time that we did not want to move forward.I tried to talk with them and review this all today at no point did she own up to any mistakes. We realized they still charged 1500 for a service that was never rendered, at no time did she take any responsibly for non services or taking a un authorized paymentAlso to mention, last time my son was at the office the techs were arguing, about who would take him because it was Friday and they wanted to go home. In addition they were arguing about barrowing safety googles. This has been the worst experience of my life in a dental office.Things to Note at Wildflower:DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CC ON FILE WITH THIS OFFICE !CONFIRM THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE IF NOT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSEDO NOT BOOK ON A FRIDAY OR LATE AFTERNOON BECAUSE YOU WILL SEE CAT FIGHTING.

I got braces with them over 2yrs ago. They accepted my insurance and I had to pay $2k out of pocket. 2yrs later, i finish the treatment and their payment provider OrthoFi writes to me saying I owe another $1k. First I thought that was spam, but it was not! I feel completely gaslit by Wildflower and OrthoFi. Tara the person who sold me the plan in 2021 confirmed that Wildflower were in network with my insurance and my out of pocket will not exceed $2k. Getting a massive unexpected bill in 2023 especially after my treatment wrapped up feels very unethical.

I have had all of my work done at the round rock location and I’ve had great service every time. My most recent visit was at the pflugerville location and the lady working on my teeth was absolutely horrible. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. Needless to say this lady was not even close to being professional. There was a huge lack of people skills, she did not walk me through anything she was going to do before she did it. She would walk away and just raise my chair up all the way with out even saying anything. During the tightening she was extremely rough, she hit my teeth several times with her instrument and didn’t apologize, acknowledge, or ask if I was ok. She just kept on going. Even after one of the times I made a comment about the pain I was feeling, she still did not address it, I’m honestly surprised I didn’t leave there with a chip in my tooth. She just kept on going on with her business as if I was a manakin that was incapable of feeling pain. If I wasn’t in a rush to get out of there I definitely would have requested somebody else which I honestly regret not doing. After the appointment she didn’t even instruct me on what I should be doing at home, which honestly was no surprise to me because she probably only said like 2 words during the appointment and didn’t even give her name. I will never be going back to the pflugerville location if she’s there and definitely will not be having a person like that work on my teeth ever again.

Everyone here is wonderful! From the moment I called, they answered every question I had. Informed of things I might not have even thought to ask and had a great attitude. Tara was amazing and walked us through everything step by step. I can not go on enough and begin to give the amazing credit they deserve with how they treated us while there. We went in for a consult and walked out same day with braces for my daughter. They made everything easy and we felt so comfortable using them. Love love love them! Look forward to working with them as they correct our daughters smile!

If I could give this place more stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! Dr. Gaisi and his team are absolutely amazing at both locations. (Pflugerville & Round Rock) they truly care about their patients. It’s such an awesome atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Thank you Dr. G for giving me the confidence and courage to smile without hiding it behind my hand. I will hands down recommend Wildflower Orthodontist!

Dr. Giassi and the Wildflower team are so wonderful! My children Lalai and Nikko are both patients and the process has been so smooth. I was an orthodontic tech for 8 years and researched throughly before choosing an orthodontist for my children and I’m so glad I picked Wildflower Orthodontics. The office is beautiful and clean. His staff is always so kind and gentle. Dr. Giassi is professional, caring and attentive. Thank you!

I know of so many families and friends that are customers and Wildflower Orthodontics and I am 100% impressed with the team, the BEAUTIFUL smiles, the community engagement and overall results. I love the "Smile Cam" sponsored by Wildflower Orthodontics as the Round Rock Express baseball games. Just amazing and great for the fans and overall fan experience. What a team! They are THE Best!

I am very unhappy with my experience at the Pflugerville location. I was the only patient waiting in the sitting area for about 30 minutes until I went to the desk to ask if I was going to be seen. From the expression I got it seemed as if I was forgotten about. I have no problem waiting, but when there is no communication involved and I live 25 minutes away that’s really upsetting. This is my day off and I wasted apart of my day driving there. My husband and daughter are patients and we usually go to the RR location. We’ve never had any issues at that location, but after today I will unfortunately not be going back.

They genuinely care about their patients here! Dr. Giasi is always so friendly, takes time to answer questions, and is very sweet with my daughter. The staff is stellar as well. They all cheered for my daughter and took pictures with her when she first got her braces on. They seriously made her feel like a little superstar! I am so grateful to have found this place. As we all know, dental offices are usually no fun, so I really appreciate this place being so cheerful and patient! Thank guys!!
