Dr. Song was great! I went in with a bad tooth ache due to a cavity. On my first visit she performed a root canal and inserted a temporary crown and I didn’t feel a thing.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Wendy Song as my dentist. Her expertise and care were evident throughout my visit. The atmosphere in her office was vivacious, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Michele (assistant), April (hygienist) also aided in the great dental experience! I highly recommend her for anyone seeking dental care.

BEWARE!! READ BEFORE GOING HERE!!! TLDR. Dr. Song used practices that caused unnecessary pain and caused damage. The entire experience was rough and rushed. Do not go here I set up appointment here because it is one of the places that takes my insurance. I had a cleaning which felt rushed, and then was told I needed three fillings which I barely had time to say yes to and was not given any information about what would be involved before they put them on the schedule for half an hour later and told me to wait. Dr. Song came in a administered local anesthetic via syringe, and this is the worst part. She used a “wiggle wiggle” technique which involved aggressively shaking the cheek while the sharp needle is in it. How a trained medical professional could POSSIBLY think this is a good idea is beyond me. But obviously as anyone with common sense would see this caused excessive pain and damage to the cheek, and I also found it jarring and borderline violating. As I am writing this the next day, my cheek is still swollen, bruised, and painful, which has never happened to me with local anesthetic for a dental procedure before and I can tell you with certainty is due to this “technique” if you can even call it that. After that, she did the first part of the procedure and had an assistant do the fillings, which like the cleaning felt rushed and excessively rough. I am waiting until after I get the night guard that I was prescribed to post this review to insure I get what I already paid for. 0/10 will not be returning

Please be mindful and not get anything done at this place except for cleaning. I was told I needed a crown as preventative measure to protect my teeth. I found myself with crowns implanted on adjacent teeth without my knowledge. Since the beginning I complained to the Dr. That I felt discomfort and pain on the entire left side of my mouth. I told that the crowns were too big compared to my original teeth and needed to be redone. My complained was never acknowledged or addressed. I asked several time to speak to the manager and they never cared to actually come and talk to me. I was never offered the possibility to get new crowns at their expenses since it was “all good for them”. I later discovered the crowns have been wrongly placed. I had to undergo surgery and I m still working towards solving this big mess that was “preventative” so I never really needed. I have been in pained and emotional distressed since they implanted the crown. I was never addressed by the manager. I was never presented with the possibility to get those crown removed and have some news and more fitting to alleviate my pain placed on by them. The physical and emotional damage caused cannot be described in words. Please do not get anything serious done at this place. They will ruin your life and disregard your complain like you are trash.

I have been a patient of Dr. Turner's for over 10 years and there is no going back! He is fantastic. The addition of Dr. Song has been wonderful. She is incredibly thorough, explains everything and is super understanding when it comes to cost and figuring out what needs to get done sooner or what can wait until later (because going to the dentist can be pricey!). She also is so caring and gentle when it comes to big procedures when she helped me with my root canals, cavity and caps (I don't have the best teeth, sadly). I really appreciate her honesty, her knowledge and how dang funny she is. Is it weird to want to be friends with both your dentists?! Also 5 STARS to the front desk staff, they are amazing, so nice and work so hard! They have helped me solve so many questions I've had with my dental insurance, they have gotten me in when I've had dental emergencies and they are just super sweet and caring. Also big thank you to Dr. Turner and Dr. Wong's techs, they work their butts off and are always so busy, but still are all so sweet, super knowledgable and make you feel like they really care about you when you're in THE CHAIR :) Love Center City Dental and the whole staff!

I had a dental emergency that brought me to CCD. I tried Penn and a few other places that were not able to get me in, that’s when I found CCD from a friend. Dr. Song was very attentive and considerate throughout the procedure. The two dental techs that assisted were very warm, welcoming and professional. This may have been my best Dental experience, also one of the techs was in training and her skill & ability working along side Dr. Song did not raise alarm or worry for me as the patient. Dr. Song has a lifelong patient in me from this point forward.

Service was so so. not impressive. but environment is quite and clean. My hygienist was so great. But i absolutely didn’t like Dr.Wendy song. I am a physician also, but didn’t found her being so patient friendly tbh. I feel like she is always in a rush while doing procedure. Hope they improve in future.

I have been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years, and now my adult children go here as well! The office is always impeccably clean, professional, and equipped with the latest technology. The hygienists are thorough, and I’m particular about my cleanings, so I truly appreciate their attention to detail. Every hygienist is equally skilled and knowledgeable, which makes every visit smooth and consistent. My dentist here is absolutely amazing. He has always been gentle and understanding, especially during times when I was nervous about a visit or procedure. His calm demeanor truly puts you at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. I regularly recommend them to friends and family—this place is simply the best!

Great experience with awesome advice on how to keep my teeth healthy. The admistrators at the front desk was very friendly. Every dentist can not go in my mouth without making me choke. This dentist knew what they were doing. It went perfect
